I don't know about Gray's view on the red. I still think he was reflecting on what he thought was a harsh first yellow card, as that second foul brings about a yellow card everytime nowadays it seems. Seen many a yellow if the guy is away and you run across the back of him accidentally clipping him. Think his first was a yellow too, but then Crouch should have had one soon after. Lack of consistency key as always.
Think the red card did Spurs no favours at all. Manchester United settled for a point after it and soaked up pretty much anything with ease. I thought Spurs played well, but Crouch was no use and should have been off at HT. If Bale had had his crossing boots on, could have been different too. The wait goes on...
