Yesterday, when I was in the pub before the game, it was the first time liverpool fans have admitted that to me.

Crazy amount of cards yesterday, some seemed quite unnecessary. I quite enjoyed motd last night, especially seeing the scousers greetin I had a few liverpool mates on the front row in the Hammersmith end (where most of the goals were). They were not best pleased. I'm not sure how Owen managed to miss those two chances in the game against Blackburn, but it was an important result after the no show of last week. If anyone is interested, Ajax-Scum is starting in a few mins. Always good value that!

Just started reading Arctic Chill by Arnaldur Indridtasson. Not a bad start to the book so far.

Totally, I'm sure we all agree that the future of this club is to be like hibs, a selling club. Obviously, I hope and pray we can sell our players for the price that HIVs do. So selling players to England is no bad thing, as long as its not at the drop of a hat! Oh and Leith, its his USP Mini, Klimpl came from Slovenia did he not? I always thought that we should be utilising the Eastern European market a bit wiser than the likes of...christ, what his name? That tall Czech guy?

Its a sad indictment of the times that we cannot compete with lower league teams in England, but if the future is as bright as the little glimpse we've had this season, we should be ok. My only concern is though is that we need someone in the middle of the park that will dictate play, and I doubt any of our youth are ready to take on that role just yet.

I'm hoping that maybe he's keeping his cards close to his chest. Because we have to get a creative midfielder.
