  1. That was great viewing last night! Getting the A-listers in lately. Nice bit on Ayrton Senna as well.
  2. Exactly, he's more chance of being in the Scotland squad too playing for the likes of 'Boro as well. Is the Vale game tomorrow?
  3. Pretty much what we're all thinking!
  4. Typical Ferrari. I thought it was a decent race as well. The first few laps were action packed! Vettel made a huge error in trying to block of Alonso and ultimately paid the price for it. If I was Massa, I'd be absolutely seething with rage.
  5. Was that the Richard Gordon commenting on facebook? Not overwhelmed by these signings, but hey ho. Hopefully they'll be decent additions to the squad.
  6. No chance. We can't compete with most teams in league 1 or 2 there is no way we could match the wages of a player who has just been released from a club promoted to the premier league. Its a shame, i'd love to see him turn out for us.
  7. Anyone see the latest addition to DT? CambuslangJambo
  8. If thats the case, fair enough, but then we run the risk that he does impress, others will come calling. I'm all for not signing a player on a couple of friendlies, but it certainly sounds like he'd be a decent addition to the team.
  9. I think we all know the answer there!
  10. We're incredibly short on midfielders as it is are we not? So surely we should sign one of them up straight away, i.e. Ahmed, just to ensure we don't put all our eggs in 1 or 2 baskets.
  11. Not Ahmed then?!? From what I've read, I thought he seemed to be the most promising of the lot, with Williams not far behind?
  12. He's not signed yet, but the signs appear positive. If he signs, fingers crossed it works out for both parties
  13. Wouldn't be unhappy with either Macken or Killen. I don't think Killen did much down here, he certainly didn't get a fair crack at the whip at the tattiedome imo. We'll see though.
  14. Finished The Bricklayer by Noah Boyd not so long ago. A great read Started A long Glasgow Kiss by Craig Russel a couple of days ago and its been pretty good so far. A death and a few beatings.
  15. When we were getting a cab in Novi Sad, the cabbie was a Red Star fan, and asked us where we came from. When we informed him we were from Scotland...he asked if we were Aberdeen as his first answer. We're still famous

    Summer

Just back from Serbia/Bosnia/Croatia. All amazing places, in particular Mostar and Sarajevo in Bosnia. So much to see, sunny all the time, good food and pretty cheap to travel around and see. People were pretty friendly as well, so if anyone is going travelling around that area of the world, I strongly recommend it! Only downside I had about Croatia was that it wasn't far off UK prices, well the areas which we visited anyway, but still, a nice country to go to
  17. Exit was fantastic again this year. Can't say I remember most of it, but special mention to Yaesayer and Chemical brothers who were both fantastic
  18. Totally Kow, we're hardly going to get anyone at the top of their game, but he's a recognised name and will hopefully do a shift for us!
  19. I'm not doubting his ability Funster, but he played terribly for far too much of his time with us. When he could be bothered and the team played well, I would say he was one of Scotland's best, but the problem was it didn't happen anywhere near enough.
  20. Agreed, but only when he could be bothered. Other times he was an utter abortion of a player and like many of the other cunts in that team, a waste of life. He did fuck all for most of his time with us and we made some money from him. Thats fine by me.
  21. http://www.afc.co.uk/articles/20100705/aberdeen-sign-new-striker-_2212158_2084863 Signed from Cardiff City today. Welcome aboard.
  22. He'd have to find him first.
  23. Was thinking the same thing, well, Mulgrew aside.
