  1. From what I saw, they were all pens, but couldn't see if they were last man though Finishing a game with 8 is ridiculous.
  2. That's certainly how I take it, well, hope its that way. It will be interesting to see who he plays in the next few weeks. We all know that the board need to put their fingers in their pockets, but they won't. I really hope its not another summer of frustration. I do have faith in Brown though, so hopefully there'll be some pleasant surprises.
  3. Anyone read the article today? Any quotes?
  4. Was thinking the same thing? Surely he's against our manager already
  5. Anderson on for Derby against QPR.
  6. I'm not surprised the football league threw the idea out. Yes it would put bums on seats, but it would be more aggro than it was worth (from their perspective). They haven't got a clue.
  7. Pretty much my thoughts on the matter, though as Dave_min says, I'd keep him on a pay as you play deal.
  8. A few days left till the application date closes. What's everyone gone for? Not formally put my application in yet, though saved tickets for Basketball, Hockey and Cycling. The cycling is a medal session event so will cost £50 Hopefully getting some other tickets through work, but will have to hold tight on that one.
  9. i'd hope not, I really hope he stays and has some loyalty to Brown/Knox/AFC. It's going to be an interesting summer, one way or another.
  10. It was more being messed about by players/agents/the club.
  11. The right noises, let's hope he's given the funding and time to do it.
  12. Just finished watching it, some cracking overtaking, and I agree, some of the best racing i've seen in a while. As much as I dislike Webber, credit to him for managing to turn an almost impossible starting position into a podium finish.
  13. I have to say, the fans came across on the TV very well. Certainly made plenty of noise and I was proud to hear them still in full voice despite the fourth goal going in. I knew I'd be doing the same had I have been there. They were a credit (again and unsurprisingly) to the club.
  14. Hamilton beat hibs 2-1 today. EDIT: Great finish to the game at the Emirates, Arsenal score a penalty in the 8th min of added time, Liverpool go up the other end and get a penalty and Kuyt equalises. Eboue with some horrific defending.
  15. You are lucky, i've never seen us lift anything.
  16. Shame it was a wasted journey for you and your son Graeme! I think today was the first time where i've finally understood what a lack of quality we have in our team. I always had hope that these guys had a good performance in them, but they don't. Smith, Aluko, Milsom (in stages) Vernon and Maguire played well today, as did Langfield, though I still think he should have saved the child neglectors free kick. Why were we defending so deep though The rest I really wouldn't lose any sleep over. The referee completely ruined the game, but we don't half make it an impossible task for ourselves. Yet again, an embarrassment at Hampden, and a shite end to the season. Oh and nice to see the GUASC get their 5 second of fame
  17. I annoyingly heard the result, but will be watching it later!
  18. Aye, but we're doing ok, just need to keep it tight and hope we can nick a goal.
  19. Yasss lets get right into these tattie munching cunts once and for all. COME ON YOU REDS!
  20. I enjoyed it, minus the fact that City won it, they played some good stuff and it was a good watch.
  21. 0-0 still in the fa cup semi final. Both teams trying to attack, but it's not the fastest of games. How Berba missed from all of 2 yards is beyond me. The game is nice and evenly poised though, could go either way. Edit: Make that 1-0 city, awful mistake by carrick, fair play to Yaya Toure though, read the situation and powered a strike.
  22. Huns 2-1 up Hearts and Caley 1 a piece.
