  1. I'm not so sure, I thought Cameron was quoted last saying he would happily consider it and they are gaining plenty of support in England. ukip aren't big enough to do it yet, but the lib dems are dead. Its going to be one helluva interesting election. Just hope people turn up for a change.
  2. I'm amazed he doesn't get more reds. It is actually ridiculous. Hopefully hearts take it to them though, sevco seem to be hitting a bit of form at the wrong time!
  3. Agreed, no way will it be a majority tory government. A lot of people are pissed off down here, which concerns me that it will be a Tory and UKIP coalition but I am hoping that I'm wrong. Even more reason for getting a strong government north of the border to make sure no-one takes any of the nonsense coming from Westminster.
  4. Says a lot in itself. I'm not for one second saying we should be satisfied with our lot, but it has been a season of great progress. There is a lot still to be done and we're far from the finished article but that statistic says it all imo. Players do need to realise that the season is not over yet though.
  5. Right, here goes: Klos van Bronckhorst Pressley Hendry Mcnmaarararara Van Hooijdonk Hartley Laudrup Larsson Viduka Gascoigne Not a very balanced team and I know there are a few i've missed. Not necessarily players that were great in the league but had great careers and I liked elsewhere.
  6. I saw a few comments on the AFC Facebook page that still managed to blame Clangers. But you're right, the bigger picture is that much like our prolonged issue and lack of left back, the goalkeeper remains to be a massive Achilles heel in our squad. I don't think that it's not a case of DM not seeing it, he's clearly made the right calls this season as to when to drop someone, but the problem being that they are equally as incompetent. An area that really does need to be addressed this summer, arguably cost us a far greater season than we already have had. I also think that what has been mentioned recently about DM's tactics, is a clear reason as to why he is with us. He is still young and has things to learn and I am confident he will do that. What troubles me is that we don't appear to have a plan b (as highlighted by Stooge's post). Despite the conditions being wholly unfavourable for our successful passing game, we continue to do so probably to the detriment of results. Obviously I'm not calling for a long ball game here, far from it, but hopefully the team and management use what has been learnt and the progress that has clearly been made to good use next season. We really do need to get second place tied up though. I don't want an exiting end to the season (from that respect).
  7. Fair play Charlie Adam! https://mtc.cdn.vine.co/r/videos/71ABC370BB1196188440770256896_3771f27a843.2.1.10780417249034094747.mp4?versionId=7YkovG26AOT3cSYYmBwJ5amz5az7ZZZz
  8. Something we've been struggling with since Hayes was injured ( I know he returned today ). Hopefully it's not a one off for Shankland, was a perfect game to blood him.
  9. How'd he play today? Live text said he was "lively" at the start.
  10. Any comment on how we played the day? I find BBC live text hard to gauge much from. As TC said a while back, going to Tenerife was a risk, unfortunately it doesn't look like its paid off.
  11. Sounds like the jags are playing the better of the two of us.
  12. Welcome aboard guys! Shouldn't have to answer any questions once you've posted the first time or someone has posted since you clicked reply. You can disable that though
  13. Happy with that line up. Great to see shankland starting.
  14. Blimey, that's hard so I'm going to stick with ones since I've supported the Dons. Ive got most of them down but a couple more to think of. feel incredibly dirty.
  15. She's had a lot of positive press down here, think a lot people really underestimated her. Outside the realms of the referendum, the rest of the uk are now seeing her as the true politician she is rather than being blinkered by her ultimate aims. Very good to see.
  16. How did Fraser get on? Saw they managed to salvage a point against Ipswich in the end. Amazed it took the dhims that long to score against them. Truly woeful team.

Given the cast of get hard I was thoroughly disappointed. Glad I never watched it in the cinema!

    Welcome aboard stupie
  21. Sure I read somewhere he enjoys not having the pressure of playing in Scotland. Aye, probably because no-one knows who you are. Complete waste of talent, had great potential but just believed his own hype.
  22. Missed it last night and watching it now. I actually agree that the men are coming out very badly, farage looks like a bumbling racist nut job like he is ( why is he constantly bouncing when he speaks), milliband is obsessed with saying 5 years, but the presenter is terrible. Has no authority and cannot control the debate / sniping at all. Very impressed with the women in the debate.
  23. And to think, that was when Scottish football was healthy....some of those names are enough to make you cry. Bar those four, its no wonder we weren't that good. Amazing to think they managed to finish fourth. Seriously overachieved. But then again, I think that's realistically all you needed to be mediocre in that league at the time, journeymen with a few good players. I'm glad those days are gone now!
