I see sharapova failed a drugs test at the Aussie open. Seems a bit harsh since it sounds like its aiding her irregular heart beat and was onky banned back in January. Guess there must be more to it though.
  2. I don't disagree, rightly or wrongly he is the best we have. He's not the future though, certainly not if we have bigger ambitions imo. He has too many concentration and positional flaws to be a first team regular in the bigger games but can certainly do a decent job against most teams. Problem is, he can't lead anyone alongside of him, which is why Taylor and Reynolds' weaknesses are even more obvious. Anderson is the reason why both he and Reynolds looked decent. His ability to talk them through games was only realised after he'd gone. Two centre halves are a priority this summer.
  3. Its the whole reading lots of articles about us which gets me. Never been used to being able to read so much about us, especially positive ones which instil hope.

I wasn't surprised, but I was about the doubles. He clearly enjoys playing for GB and Nishikori is world number 6. Had Murray not played, Nishikori would have pumped any of the others and in all likelihood, GB would have lost.
  7. We are indeed.
  8. Mental really. Fair play to him, he's a decent squad player and always a useful one to have.
  9. Couldn't do much worse though could he Although i'd still say he's better than Collum who is consistently shite.

What a match between Murray and nishikori today. 2-0 up and nishikori came back to 2-2 but Murray just had enough to win the final set. Some phenomenal tennis and he kept coming back. Murray looks absolutely knackered at the end of it and rightly so. Doubt he'll make the next round given its in between Wimbledon and the Olympics.
  11. Watched the first episode of trapped tonight, nordic shows seem to be all the rage these days and this one looks like it's going to be another great one. Downloaded the other 6 episodes already.
  12. Oh and Alan Muir is the referee. He the one that was so bad he should have been lynched and didn't come out for the second Half?
  13. From looking, this isn't going to be on TV. BT sport are showing Hull - Arsenal and the Real Chumps league fixture Really hope we manage to build on our performance against the arabs. They're not really in any level of consistent form at the moment, apart from they seem to love playing St. Johnstone. If we manage to keep the defensive fuck ups to zero, we should be ok.
  14. Glad to read we're appealing the yellow card. Simulation is the one thing you can appeal. I'd like to think that this'll be successful otherwise that might become an issue in the final run in.
  15. Well the west coast media and SFA have their wank fest as a semi instead of a possible final. Hibs / Caley vs Arabs.
  16. Anything dodgy happening? See it's 3-0 already
  17. Both hearts and motherwell 1-0 up
  18. I was trying to find the list of players who were out of contract on here but to no avail. I just get the impression that him and possibly Smith are on their last chance. Neither are doing much when they play and wonder whether we could get someone else in or promote someone with a bit more to their game. Pawlett just runs into players rather than past them now, don't think he's been the same since that season. Confidence or what, I have no idea. Scott Wright certainly sounds a prospect from the u-20s footage I've watched, maybe it's time for him to get his shot.
  19. I see according to BBC gossip we're vying with the newco hunnery for mcgovern
  20. Will he turn out in a red shirt again?
  21. it was why I mentioned the professional bit
  22. I meant to add, a Scotland international dropping down the leagues. I can understand if it is going to England because they are bigger leagues and a different challenge etc. Probably still not the best career move, but more understandable than dropping the Scottish leagues (due to their part time nature). That's not a slight against our game, but a statement of reality. Much like with Wallace. Any of those pricks, let them suffer the consequences. I just can't trust anyone that would do that. Edit: Maybe it's just me and i'm being irrational, but that's how I feel about any player that's signed for them from the top tier.

  24. Latest Kendrik Lamar album on spotify. Pretty good so far http://www.theguardian.com/music/musicblog/2016/mar/04/kendrik-lamar-untitled-unmastered-first-listen-review-alexis-petridis?CMP=twt_gu
  25. Personally, anyone that is willing to drop leagues for a better wage packet can fuck off. Not the level of professionalism we need at our club. I'm not doubting his previous ability, i'm doubting his qualities as a human being.
