  1. Scottish sun reporting peepaw signing a pre contract with MK Dons
  2. Sort of seem to be giving a bit of fight tonight. But getting taught a lesson by bayern although harshly done by by not getting a penalty in the first half and getting koscielny sent off. Odd where the numpty behind the goal overruled the referee.
  3. Apparently the Times ran a piece about this in the English edition, but not the Scottish. Can't say I saw it down here but hey ho. A good rebuttal nonetheless despite not necessarily agreeing with it all: http://terracepodcast.net/whats-the-point-in-scottish-football/
  4. cheers, will have a look when I get home

  9. http://www.independent.co.uk/voices/brexit-europe-cornwall-funding-deserved-sneering-condescending-remainer-explode-a7612266.html Interesting article and it was obvious that the folk in Cornwall were the first to buy into all the lies. It's going to be a tough few decades for Cornwall. I remember my girlfriend going into a handbag shop in St. Ives and she asked how she was going to cope with brexit. The shop lady said it wouldn't make a difference, to which my g/f said, but you get all your handbags from Italy...Oh, replied the shop keeper...I hadn't thought of that...Cornwall has always heavily relied on EU funding. Politics these days is so divisive, same happened in Scotland with the indyref and the same has obviously happened in trumptown with both sides firing shots left right and centre. I find it incredulous that brexiteers state it's not right that those "remoaners" voice their dismay and frankly laugh at those who voted wrongly. Obviously I'm not saying either campaign was great, because it wasn't and reflected the stupidity of society today, but fuck me, this is a shite state of affairs. How do we fix it? Scotland has an option, not sure about the rest of the UK. Lambs to a slaughter.
  10. Not sure why but I've never warmed to her. I always like nemone who stands in for her on the school holidays. But I think it's more to do with her music taste than anything else. Nemone is more on the lines of what I like.
  11. Obviously not ours, but this is quite progressive for the US! MLS side Orlando City have opened their new stadium, which has a safe standing area and a special section for fans wanting to use flares at matches. (Daily Mail)
  12. I guess we would never have to worry about it being moved for TV given we're competing with the bigot fest on Sunday. Surprised they've made it a 3pm for them. Plenty of time for drinking and fighting. Nice sensible time for our travelling fans for change
  13. I had noticed that before and had been meaning to tell you! Usually goes on to Auto as default. Anyone know whether it's true that we oversold the jags allocation? Some lady on twitter is saying they were all forced into a section of 600? Would appear to be odd...

    Films

My girlfriend has bought me the book, says I have to read it before we watch the film. Have you read it? Like the look of the film anyway!
  16. We said the same last season though...I was gutted for them that they didn't do it. Will be interesting to see how much of the team remains in tact once he goes. If I was an Arsenal fan, i'd rather keep Sanchez over Ozil. But they may be facing a future without either.
  17. Sounds like Sanchez and Arsenal are done. Lots of talk of a training ground bust up hence why he didn't start against the red shite. Arsenal are sinking, and sinking fast it would seem. I would be very pleased for Spurs if they finally finished above them.
  18. match the war chest, obvs Fuck knows where they got that valuation, wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if it was that fud that put the figure out there to see if Ashley would bite and save him his money
  19. A lazy cliche? Hardly. He's done square root of fuck all despite being given more chances than some of the youth players. He was very good for one season with us as well as being very good for St. Johnstone but despite us knowing what he is capable of, he hasn't been performing for the best part of two years. Of course it's just my opinion and probably a cynical observation but for one reason or another it just wasn't working out. If he keeps this up, gets a new deal and continues the same form then happy days. He wouldn't be the first and nor will he be the last to play for a deal. Lack of effort wasn't what I would label against him, I was starting to doubt whether he was good enough.
  20. Think Pawlett played well yesterday. I'm not sure where the form has come from as it has been missing for the past two years, probably down to wanting to earn a new deal. If he continues I'm happy enough, whether it's enough to earn a new deal, given his poor performances over the past two years, I'm not sure. Was surprised Hayes played yesterday, hopefully wasn't too much of a risk as him being out at critical times of the season. The team has resilience and whilst I agree we don't have sufficient depth in certain positions, the team rarely looked troubled (only saw the second half) and hopefully can gather round and see this period out. How long is jack out for? Stockley and Rooney doesn't work, why not try Rooney and Storey together?
  21. Strikers: Rooney 17 Stockley 6 Burns 1 Storey 1 Midfielders: McGinn 13 McLean 4 Hayes 8 Maddison 2 Pawlett 3 Christie 2 Jack 1 Defenders: Considine 3 Logan 4 O'Connor 2 Taylor 2 Shinnie 2 Unlucky not to score more today. But looking healthy
  22. The current episode of homeland is excellent, I'd say the past couple have really upped in terms intensity after a somewhat poor start.
  23. Rangers shareholder Mike Ashley is planning a £30m takeover bid to see off Dave King and retake control as the Sports Direct billionaire is shocked at the state of the club.(Sunday Mail)
  24. Top draw that! GIRFUY sfa!
