Hadn't realised it was on BBC Scotland! Decision made. Fuck going to a Chelsea pub on my tod to watch it.
Haha nips. Moving in September. Not sure I'd make it to Oz in time
Ha ha depends on the result, we win you may end up staying up all night anyway!
Nice touch from the club to get DM to meet up with the display organizers today:
Let's hope the do as the screen behind them says!
Hmm, I hadn't thought about that. Would leave Rogers with huge boots to fill and us very short on back-up given Alexander has retired. I really don't want Lewis to go, but if we're gonna give Rogers a go, seems like this is the only way.
Well all that sounds like fun...
Surely Lewis wouldn't go to sit and be no.2 having been a first team regular the whole of his first season with us?
Sounds like shite to me. So much for wanting competition
Precisely, if the club provide the council with robust enough evidence then they'll have little choice but to approve. It's still within it's programme time scales and the article i read said it could be delayed up to October. Anything beyond then it will hit our programme.
hopefully this is for the best. Gives the nimby's a bit more time to build their 50 foot high fences to protect them from all those horrible hooligans though
Why? Because people will listen to the rhetoric despite the fact that there have now been two terrorist attacks under this farcical government alone. MSM will say we need tighter restrictions etc and spread fear. All of which the tories are purveyors of.
I hope you and Rocket are right and I've over thought it, but I know that I am far from alone in thinking this. Most of my mates have said the exact same thing.
Have to say, AFC have done a good job on the PR front in advertising this. Seems like a lot of folk have taken them up on wee poster you can adapt and put in your window:

Hopefully the Friday Red and White day is a great success
Gutted I can't make the game myself, but absolutely buzzin' for it!
