Thought he played well too, he's just a bit too slow to play there as a first choice imo. Seemed to do well enough but I think Brown not playing had a big role in that. We either stick with him in the middle of defence or only as back up in the middle. We also need to either sign a left back or another centre half to play along side.

Having read the book (absolutely excellent read btw) i've been meaning to watch that for ages. Watch Kajaki yesterday, which was about a group of British soldiers who got stuck in a mindful near Kajaki dam. Enjoyed it, was produced by a company that works in the same building as me. It's on iPlayer at the moment, as is Nightcrawler which is also excellent.

Missed the game last night so watching it back now. First 11 was frankly embarrassing, regardless of the following 79 which was entertaining, it was dead.
