  1. Who are these 194 non-huns that want Newco huns in the SPL?
  2. My first thought was this: Then I read the BBC article and I started to think like this; Wouldn't be at all surprised if its another option to ensure the huns stay in the top league without any form of punishment and ensure the bulk of revenue is still split between the ugly sisters. The SPL Chairmen are raising questions about how much revenue is actually created by having an unfairly dominant OF compared to having an actual competitive league, so lets get a load of SFL Chairmen in who will vote for the untold wealth and riches the OF will bring to their struggling little clubs on their annual or biannual visit. I may be way off the mark but... = Old Firm propaganda = The huns are dying and no one is helping them. = we're fed up of the SPL 10's posturing and we're not going to change anything
  3. It's an absolute fucking nonsense and a complete disgrace. 10 point deduction for two years and decreased revenue for three, for going out of business? Fuck Financial Fair Play, it's more like Financial Fair Game. It'll be interesting to see if the publishing of such lax restrictions on organised cheating will see a few more chancers and crooks buying Scottish football clubs. For us: Spend some money in the summer to try to get a Champions League slot if we make it and get to the group stages we've covered the excess spend and a proportion of our debt. If it doesn't work go into admin before the end of the season take the 15 point hit then liquidate AFC 1903 Plc. and form a Newco. Two seasons of better players to counteract the 10 point per season deduction and just in time for the new ground creating greater internal revenue to compensate for the loss in SPL revenue. Seems odd that no one bought Gretna to claim their SPL "share" if the previous rules were even less existent.
  4. Odd that Coppell has been inserted a DoF today. I assumed the crook walked and took the Rotherham job because the source of creepies money had or was about to disappear. It'll be interesting to see how long Brewster lasts as I'd always assumed he'd be too principled to get involved in the brown envelope culture that seems to follow Evans around.
  5. £136k to loan Kyle Bartley for a season, for a club in financial difficulties? I know when Sanchez Watt joined Crawley it was said that several Championship clubs had enquired but been put off by the loan fee. Yet more proof (if needed) that some football clubs are in La La land as far as financial management is concerned.
  6. Tad unfair... Brian Wilson was twice the player Foster is.
  7. I believe they can/will then pursue the directors involved in the EBT's, directly.
  8. It's a proper steel jerry can and I have a funnel for pouring direct into a filler neck so no filling glass jugs in the kitchen with the gas hob on to boil the tatties. How much does it cost to buy government policy, again?
  9. I feel like a panic buyer because I've filled my company's pool cars up and a jerry can. Thing is we provide essential services (which would qualify for priority fuel if there was an actual fuel shortage) that rely on my employees travelling by car around a pretty rural area and due to the actual panic buyers who have filled up all their households cars and 4 jerry cans for the cars to sit on their drives, there is no petrol in any of the petrol stations in my town. And for the record I've already had to top up a car with the jerry can as one of the girls ran out of fuel after failing to find garage with petrol in time.
  10. So the deal stands but at the minute ticketus are owed no money as next years season tickets are not sold. When they are ticketus will become a creditor but with no hold over physical assets. So duff and phelps sell off season tickets then go for a CVA?? Pity Whyte didn't sell all the 2012 till 2015 season tickets to fans in a oner as at that point ticketus could well have become the major creditor and blocked any CVA.
  11. Are they nae just ken't as Inverness huns?
  12. Oh I thought they were owed money from the Wallace sale. Was there not something in January that Hearts were willing to accept £700k and write off the remaining £300k in order to at least get some payment?
  13. Presume Vlad will claim he can't pay due to not receiving the monies owed to them by the hun.
  14. Just to confirm the account no is 00741594 or is the 5 a 6?
  15. How legal would it he to fill in dd forms for a charity using the account number and sort code?
  16. ABERDEEN FOOTBALL THUGS ARRESTED FOR UNPROVOKED VIOLENCE TOWARDS DISABLED OLD FIRM FANS rangers close to liquidation
  17. What a load of utter tripe. The reason CVA's have not gone through in England is not because they have the football creditors rule as such it's because there hasn't been enough money in the pot to pay HMRC what they want after football debts have been paid first. Don't be drawn in by the weegia HMRC will in no way get NOTHING if the Huns are liquidated. HMRC will get a lot more than £0.10 in the pound they are No. 1 creditor Ibrox and Murray Park must be worth more than £0.10 in the pound of the money they are owed. As far as I can remember HMRC were not the major creditor in Motherwell or Dundee cases and so had no power to block the CVA's. This is not true in the huns case. Then we get into the fact that the £49 million Tax case hasn't even reached its conclusion and we are expected to believe that someone from HMRC is not only discussing an ongoing Tax case with a journalist but is alluding to the fact that an agreement is in place to accept only part payment - bollocks. I'd hazard a guess that the cost for the preparation of the case is getting on for a couple of million so why then go on to accept £4.9 million. Even the stuff about HMRC only dealing with the huns if Whyte is out of the picture seems a bit too convenient for sensationalist journalism for my liking.
  18. Surely he's the fourth with "cars to finance and debts to pay"? and I bet the one who offered to play for nothing is Healey or maybe Aluko.
  19. I may be wrong but I thought Aberdeen fan McIlroy made world number 1? I also realised world number 1001 (or whatever) and Aberdeen fan Paul Lawrie has also recently won a tournament.
  20. Wonder if the Tims could give the money owed to Dunfermline directly out of the ticket money they're withholding from the Huns?
  21. Just had a look and it appears to be available on the Tunein radio app. Just typed 810 MW into the search function and it's come up with BBC Radio Scotland MW
  22. I think the clue is in the sentence.
