I went to see The King's Speech tonight - sceptical at first, but thought it was fantastic. Go see it.

Looking for suggestions for a summer break in Greece area this year for a couples getaway? Somewhere that has a bit of culture and history, traditional tavernas to eat in and that isn't completely taken over by tourists. Is the Aegean better than Ionian, or is it much the same? I'm thinking about somewhere like Kefalonia or perhaps even mainland. I want to avoid the Zante 18:30 pish as much as possible please.

Maguire gave a very solid and professional performance yesterday - to get a hattrick in any match is always special. Particularly as they have been in short supply for Aberdeen in recent years. I didn't see much of this 'prima donna' attitude against East Fife at all yesterday. He sprung the offside trap a number of times to make attacking runs on goal, and sure he was caught a few times but he did very well with the chances that he created, and those which were supplied to him. It is good to see that Brown recognises that Maguire is the kind of talent that he'd like to keep at Pittodrie, praising both the youth setup and the player himself. Keep up the good work lad.

Watched 3 part wildlife documentary 'The Bear Family and Me' this week, about scottish wildlife cameraman Gordon Buchanan who follows a wild Black Bear family.

Just shows how much of a toaley McGhee was as a manager.

But surely we have more sophisticated guided weapons, intelligence and modern warfare techniques these days no? And less of the indiscriminate 'dumb' bombs and air raid type offensives are carried out compared to WWII. Surely the statistics should be going the other way?

The AGM is due in this calendar year, and the accounts should be issued to shareholders 3 weeks prior to this. I'd be expecting them in the next week or so.
