  1. Including slinking under laser light security in lycra?
  2. Of the current bottom 3, I'd prefer to wave goodbye to Killie. Shite club no fans, shite club no fans
  3. Agreed on Pollock, MacDonald and Shinnie - we need to find a way to keep them all here next season. I doubt we will get Clarkson for another year. Scales played magnificently this weekend, but I still have reservations about another deal. Maybe see how he fairs in the remaining Top 6 fixtures. Duk and Miovski def need extensions. Miovski is a deadly striker and will do well in a league that isn't as physical as scotland. Benfica get 50% of whatever we sell him for, so yeah extend his contract and slap a price on him! As for McRorie, yep Willie Miller is quite right to say we should be demanding more than £2M for him. We don't need to sell him like we did when we sold Fergie and Ramsay. £2M is a bargain for a Rolls Royce of a player who is very comfortable in both defence or midfield
  4. I don't think he would've ever (a) gone to Rangers or (b) been accepted by the unwashed hordes. For my sins I know a number of huns fans, and they all fkn hate Jess
  5. Hearts and their fans really showing their colours right now. Fans graffitiing a mural funded by their fellow fans. And now players blaming "enduring European football exploits" for their tiredness that has led to their downfall. Boo fucking hoo!
  6. Yeah its an odd one. One of my good pals is a Wycombe fan and he was saying the fans were gutted when Stewart left them for Aberdeen
  7. I'd be happy if Scales doesn't play. He simply has no confidence whatsoever, and directly gifted StJ at least two chances with his sloppy play. But who would take his plain defence?
  8. I see he made a surprise return to MK Dons at the weekend against his former team Wycombe. Gifted them a goal early on, but commanded his way for the rest of the game apparently. Clearly League 1 is a better level for him than the frantic nature of the ScotPrem
  9. I remember watching the Netflix series about that. The ideas that were being thrown around by the international community to save the team was just incredible, including the air capsules that I believe were supposed to house one kid at a time whilst a driver dragged them through the water
  10. Absolutely loved Last Of Us. Arguably the best game adaptation yet. Pedro Pascal is good, Bella Ramsey is exceptional, and thr two of them together are so natural. There's times you forget it is a zombie series

Quite enjoyed All Quiet On The Western Front. Also strangely enjoyed Triangle Of Sadness which won awards at Cannes.
  12. He's the team's lucky charm ... get him along to every game from now til 2067
  13. He was hit & miss for a while at Arsenal. He started last season with back to back losses, and they failed to gain entry into any European competition under him for the first time in something like 25 years. But the board stuck with him, and now they're sitting pretty at the top of the EPL. Different horses for different courses, you could probably compare Arteta's playing career with Robson's - a lot of challenges, a lot of success, had to endure time at the bigot-brothers, and ended up managing the last team he'd played for.
  14. If anyone offered Scotland a "comfortable third" before this season began, we would bite their arm off. But after commanding performances against Wales and England, indeed the season has evaporated. A shame, because ultimately we lost by 1 try against the world #2 side, and by two tries to the world #1 side.
  15. Got a few mates who are Dundee fans, and they really struggled with McGhees appointment. Got to admit I scratched my head at that one too. The guy is a fkn neep, probably better to serve out his years as the manager of a joke shop
  16. Of course, they (The Mirror) just had to quote the manager of fkn Darvel. Any opportunity to bring that result up again ...
  17. Not to mention the Beeb have commissioned a documentary about the life of a certain Mr Jimmy Savile. The Beeb are in a downward spiral. Good fucking riddance to them
  18. Yeah I feel for Robson. The fans love him, cos he is a red through and through, and he really puts his heart and soul into the job. He could win every game outside of the Ugly Sisters matches, but his inexperience will show eventually. If he wants to become a football manager, he needs to go and manage a lower division team asap before the poisoned chalice Pittodrie taints his reputation, which is only a matter of time and inevitability.
  19. Steve Paterson clearly had a decent chauffeur
  20. Really hope its a square stand config and not an oval. Nothing quite like having the fans towering over the pitch
  21. Hopefully it doesn't end his time at Aberdeen. He's not ready to be our manager full time. But get him back in charge of the development team where he belongs
  22. The most annoying thing about this is not the result (I expected worse tbh), not the performance (our squad confidence is as fragile as Paul Bernard's leg) its the amount of huns plaguing the official AFC social media posts with this new "4 games a season club" shite. I swear this has suddenly appeared just recently but I've spotted so many different huns saying this. I don't know if it annoys me, or if it gives me a wee bit of pleasure knowing that their own paranoia and Dons-obsession is getting under their own skin.
  23. When he was Falkirk boss, around the time that Collin Samuel was playing for them, Hughes was pretty vocal against the Dons. Can't for the life of me remember precisely why, but that memory sticks in my head
