  1. Can't see him choosing us o'er Murderwell, given it was McCall that took him there and he got a Scottish Cup runners up medal. Wouldn't mind being wrong though

Afraid to say....you could see this coming a mile off. Much as I wanted ot be wrong it was purely blid faith and an overly inflated sense of optimism just like folllowing Aberdeen, now i come to think of it
  3. Away for a weeks trial at Oldham Oh how the mighty have fallen. Should prove to be a lesson to those that think the grass is always greener on the other side. Obscurity beckons
  4. Agreed Really should have read Penfold's post be replying as well
  5. No sure that is the real reason Bobby. Could be more the point that Homo has been offered to every SPL club, but wages bar us from pursuing any potential deal, so Brown decides to put positive spin on it. Just a thought like, nae saying your wrong

Second. Massive day for Murray today.
  7. Get that boy signed up
  8. Got a feeling that this lad might just turn out to be a valuable signing for us. No mention in article of lenght of contract
  9. Reasonably happy with this. Clark was an easy target for the boo boys when here last time around, and no doubt already is this time around. My opinion on Clark, was that he was under valued, and that we probably didn't realise just how much until he was gone. Doubt having played over a hundred games south of the border in the last three years has made him any worse a player. Welcome back Chris
  10. Doubt it will happen however Riordan when in the mood is still an exciting prospect and can turn a game, as well as being good for fifteen goals or so a season, as well as a number of assists.
  11. Maguire has surely never played 158 games for us
  12. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jason_Beardsley No comment

Didn't think so at time you typed that, but now two sets up, a break up in third set and starting to look reasonably comfortable

Some of his serving was incredible, but I think Murray actually served twice as many aces as him.
  17. It'll be a blow if this deal falls through
  18. only a matter of time after I'd teed it up for someone
  19. Surely has to be better than some of the donkeys that gone before him. Two international caps for Colombia
  20. Not even close in my opinion. Not saying he can't be as good or potentially even better, but certainly not yet.
  21. More troubles for Mr Bain AXED Rangers chief executive Martin Bain is being probed by the club over an alleged £130,000 pay rise, The Scottish Sun can reveal. It's claimed the wage hike for Bain - putting him on £633,000 a year - had NOT been officially approved by the board. New owner Craig Whyte suspended Bain after buying the Ibrox club last month. It's understood that Bain's annual salary was increased at a time when Rangers were toiling under a mountain of debt and had to slash the budget. And it's thought the length of the 44-year-old's contract was under question. Yesterday Bain called in lawyers over his job axe. His time at Ibrox was over after he and four other Gers chiefs released a bombshell statement voicing fears about Whyte's ownership of the club. They hit out just an hour after the tycoon bought Gers from Sir David Murray in a £33million deal. Bloody hell, Murray was like a machine after losing the first set. To take two consecutive sets 6-0 is great going in anyones book
  23. Yes.... Howard & Vuj
  24. Reading between the lines, I'm hoping that there will be loan signings over and above the three refered to above, but maybe I'm just being over optimistic
  25. Anyone see the quotes in the Sunday Mail article No, thought as much. Lets all just chill until we do. Guidi historically has proven he has no love for things AFC. Hopefully no truth in this, or just the story that did the rounds a copule of years ago about Fyvie being the subject of an offer from a Premiership club prior to even making his debut for us.
