  1. It will be a year in the middle of next month since his injury. Agree it has all gone very very quiet. Surely it would be madness given he has done both cruciate ligaments on any basis other than pay as you play ?
  2. Someone isn't telling the truth on this one. Used to do a lot of business in Carlisle and keep in touch with folk down there. One of my contacts is a season ticket holder and assures me the question was asked at a fans forum and the answer was YES and it is sunstantial I am with you thoughTC, why when we had him on a pre contract would we agree to a sell on clause ?
  3. Cracking cup tie at Tannadice on BBC Scotland right now. Four goals and a few meaty challenges going in
  4. Allegedly another interest party looking at Big Sam https://www.eveninge...s-sam-cosgrove/ Seems to be a number of American clubs looking at the Scottish League these days. If he was to go to the States, could those nice chappies @ Atlanta not chuck us £50m for him

WTF Manchester United have made a substantial offer to Birmingham City for England youth international Jude Bellingham as the English Premier League club attempts to broaden Ole Gunnar Solskjaer 's midfield options in the winter window. According to a source at the Championship club, United's offer for Bellingham would guarantee £25million for a midfielder who has been a regular in their starting line-up since becoming Birmingham's younger ever first-team player in August at 16 years and 38 days. Bellingham's performances have attracted scouts from across Europe, with Arsenal also understood to hold a strong interest in securing his signature.
  6. To be honest, whilst we can't fill the squad with untried youngster happy enough for us to be making signings such as this, where the cost is low and the risk similar. It's almost like the Celtic model although on a lower scale and less international. I.E sign them up develop them and sell them on at a profit.
  7. Miko Vertanen loan to Arbroath extended to end of the season
  8. happy enough with this but await the broom cupboard picture to confirm. Not sureI'd be chucking money at Saints to get him now though unless we're moving players out and if we are to sell one of our prize assets we'll be seen as having money to burn in any negotiation.

  14. Ok ok questionable source I know (Daily Mail) reporting that Sean Dyche @ Burnley is a long time admirer of McKenna and is lining up a January move for him. Whilst I think it it is highly unlikely that McKenna would see much game time initially, I'm sure the wages would ease the pain for him of not playing. Alternatively he might just go down there and take his game to another level which could only benefit the national team.
  15. I think it is the exact opposite in that we are regressing at an fair old rate of knots. I too have defended him (perhaps for far too long) but some of his team selections are like going back to JC's tombola line ups. Welcome to the board Kirkcaldy Don
  16. F/T 2-0 By fuck that German boss hasn't made much of an impact has he. Personally speaking, finding it all very amusing, although you do know he will lose his virginity when we come calling
