Just kept thinking of when ITV took over the English premier highlights back in 2001. First programme had less than 30mins of highlights and about 60mins of chat and random features such as 'Townsend's Tactics Truck'. I thought Toni Kombouare was OK. You do know that adding lemon or lime juice is also adding sugar? Adding 10-20mm of a cordial to 500mm of water whether its manmade or not has minimal impact on the benefits. Now drinking said cordial undiluted on the other hand.......
