Think there is a gastropub in the retail park as well but it’s shit getting there even with the rail link especially if it’s a decent crowd.
Yeah ive heard people bitching about how hard it is to get to that pub.

Bored of this now.
20years ago while at uni there were 'masterplans' which included trams and modifications to the beach which included new stadium. A big difference was fancy 3D computer images weren't as quick or cheap to produce plus social media was basically 'myspace' and 'friends-reinited' so news articles were fairly dull and wordy and didnt get much traction.
Modified Pittodrie with smaller capacity seems to be the future.
Start putting more effort into the rail seating campaign in the hope it can be installed behind both goals and authorities allow for increased capacity when set to standing (eg 3000 seats becomes 5000 standing or something similar). Will mean smaller capacity for Euro and international games but so be it.
Have had a couple of trips to aberdeen which took me around the kingswells area and frankly putting a new stadium out there without a proper rail link or a significant upgrade to the bypass exit is a non starter for me.
Recently got to see Bolton's stadium which is in Horwich, a mere 6miles from the old Burnden Park (Cormack park is 8miles from pittodrie). Cant imagine they would have gotten away with it had the site not been next to the M61 and without a rail link.

Administrators of a sportswear brand are proceeding with a multi-million pound legal claim against Rangers following a kit sales dispute.
A lawyer acting for the administrators of Elite Sports Group Ltd said it was going ahead with the case at the Court of Session in Edinburgh.
Elite wanted £9.5m compensation over an alleged breach of contract after Rangers signed a deal with Castore.
It claims Elite was contracted to provide the team with kits at the time.
Elite, the exclusive brand partner to Danish sportswear company Hummel, had instructed lawyers to proceed with the case in Edinburgh last November.
It wanted £9.5m from Rangers but Elite went into administration soon after the case called.

Can I move the discussion on a bit.
Anybody else scored three penalties for us in one game like Paul Hartley did opening day of season against Hamilton Academical??? Don't think I've ever seen those three penalties since being at the match.

Brian Irvine played in goal, if we're adding players who went in mid-match (twice, IIRC).
Yes but was he the 3rd or even 4th keeper to play in that/ those season(s)?

As well as a good run from us, in recent weeks all results have gone our way. We’ve had our luck there for sure. Wins for rangers and hibs today make for a good weekend. Fingers crossed!
Sorted. Motherwell's top 6 hopes ended.
See if hibs can hibsit next weekend and livi sneak into the top 6

Hindsight is a great thing but makes you wonder about the mentality of a footballer given how this squad gave up on Jim Goodwin although even if we'd got the predicted haul I talked about above there is no guarantee we'd have seven wins in eight fixtures since Barry Robson took over with Jim in charge.
Perhaps your manager sending you out to spend 90mins getting battered by a tic team who had not that long b4 been done by St Mirren with the plan being to get a 0-0 draw would put the seeds of mutiny on anyones mind.
It certainly would for me even more so when with 3 mins left, plan A is fucked and yer breathing out yer arse yer told to throw the kitchen sink at the best defence in the league who are so well rested they could have set up deck chairs in their own penalty area.
Getting outclassed by superior opponents is one thing.
For your manager to tell you to let them walk over you on your home patch is another. He doesnt believe in you, so why should you believe in him?

As to be expected in a 'UK' bid, 6 stadiums in Englandshire and 1 each for the other home nations and Eire
Cynic in me says picking Everton's new ground is a potential rescue for them given the FA will potentially stump up some of the funding to get it back on track.
Englandshire
1. Wembley
2. Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
3. Etihad Stadium
4. Everton Stadium
5. St James' Park
6. Villa Park
Scotland
7. Hampden
Wales
8. Principality (millenium) stadium
Northern Ireland
9. Casement Park (to be constructed)
Eire
10. Aviva Stadium -

So hibs up to their old tricks again.
Perhaps motherwell sneak in to the top6 in 2 weeks time adding additional delay to the tic title party

For crying out loud lads this was something I did for a laugh not to be taken seriously!! We're not picking a Hall of Fame inductee or anything.
So Charlie Nicholas and Hans Gillhaus may not be on the list and Stevie May, David Goodwillie, Jay Emmanuel-Thomas may not float everybody's boat but you lot just give me further evidence as to why I goto games on my own.
Honestly just don't get our supporters in modern day sphere.
I think for any future polls about anything the old donstalk traditional options of 'Brown' and 'Dolly is ginger' must be included otherwise it cant be taken seriously

That's probably how it would come out of a simulated model designed on fairness and equality (throughout the league) alone, but it'd then need special intervention to make one or the other happy. Fuck the rest of course.
Glass and Goodwin have cost us an extra home game, I hope it was taken out of their severance packages.
The away game at tynecastle could be pivotal to finishing third. Not a place we generally do well at.

Now that top six is secured, it'll be interesting to see how the post-split fixtures work out.
Of the top seven, the breakdown in home/away games after the split would be.
(I didn't work out the below myself, have borrowed it from elsewhere. They won't mind).
Celtic
Rangers, St Mirren. (home)
Hearts, Aberdeen, Hibs, Livi (away)
Rangers
Hearts, Aberdeen, Hibs (home).
Celtic, Livingston, St Mirren (away).
Aberdeen
Celtic, Hibs (home)
Rangers, Hearts, Livingston, St Mirren (away)
Hearts
Celtic, Aberdeen, Hibs, Livingston (home)
Rangers, St Mirren (away).
St Mirren
Rangers, Hearts, Aberdeen (home)
Celtic, Hibs, Livingston (away)
Hibs
Celtic, Livingston, St Mirren (home)
Rangers, Hearts, Aberdeen (away)
Livingston
Celtic, Aberdeen, St Mirren (home)
Rangers, Hearts, Hibs (away)
So if Hibs miss out (they could) I presume that might help us as we'd get a third home game against someone. Possibly St Mirren which would be a huge boost as we also shouldn't be discounting them for third.
If Hibs make it and Livingston don't (on current form likely to happen), then I think even though we're currently third, the advantage still lies with Hearts based on their remaining fixtures. Of the seven remaining they have one less v Old Firm, and have also to play us at home.
We really need a win at Ross County and for Hibs and Hearts to draw. Then even if we lose to Rangers we'd have at worst a one-point lead at the split. A draw at Tynecastle and a win over St Mirren may well be enough providing Hearts don't go doing anything stupid like winning at Ibrox or something.
Tic getting 3 home OF games?
Might want to distance yerself from that source

Why?
so he could stick around for a half a season until a lower level English premiership or championship team with Murodoch's tv cash sacks their manager and he jumps ship?
