I couldn't give a fuck what Rangers do. If them winning the League paves the way for us to finish 3rd then I would take that. On the same token I don't think it is going to happen. I think the League is swinging Celtic's way at the moment, all things considered.

Cracking article. I was in southern Sweden yesterday and whilst strolling around I saw a sign for the road leading to Goteburg and got a wee bit excited. I had to explain to my girlfriend the significance of my child like behaviour but she just didnae get it.

I thought Zemlik was a defender but I am often known to be wrong.

We are in a cycle thanks to the amount of debt we have accumulated. Same thing happened to Skovdahl. The season after we finished 3rd in the League his budget was drastically cut. The debt is the problem and until we sell the stadium land we are going to be stuck in this cycle for the time being. I don't blame Milne wholly for this. The board lacked foresight when overspending and Scottish football became a victim of circumstance when the TV money ran dry (large part thanks to the Old Firm). I also don't expect Milne to chuck his own money at it but like a lot of people wish he would.

Come on. He played excactly how Lennon played. Sat in front of the defenders picking short passes. The passes were decent right enough but he didn't really dominate in any fashion.

Feckin hope not. He is a slower version of Neil Lennon. Calderwood and co should have been planning for this weeks ago. Maybe they were and we don't get to hear about it but there is something about Calderwood's dealings over previous years that tells me planning is not his forte.

Agreed. How tits like Foster can have a go at management after the shift they put in beggars belief. Calderwood's folly has been showing too much loyalty to some of these no marks.

That's exactly it. That's the reason Calderwood has struggled to win the fans over. Our tactics nowadays are get the ball forward by any means as quickly as possible. Guile doesn't come in to it any more. Knock it long and then scrap for the seconds. 1st Division tactics in a lot of ways.
