That they were " up there as one of the worse for getting behind their team " Said they turn up to watch games but don't turn up to support the team. In all honesty, I have seen the screenshots of the conversation and it looks like a 13 year old arguing with another 13 year old, I am genuinely not convinced it's entirely true. However, if it is, he should not be anywhere near the squad again, let him fuck off now. I was only after saying last week that I still liked him despite his detractors, and hoped he'd stick around as part of the squad, but if all of this is true, he can fuck right off.

Have some Jam on me min

I would like us to keep Stewart, I think there's a player in there who is just lacking belief, definitely came good these last few games. Forgot about O'Connor, if he was staying, he'd have signed a deal of some sort by now. I know he has his detractors, but I like him, I think he'd be a good squad player. Scott Wright is a strange one, shown the odd flash but perhaps might have benefited going out on loan and getting a game week in/week out.

Sweet Virginia Watched at work last night and it was a decent enough watch, 6/10, stars Jon Bernthal.

Damnation ( On Netflix ) Literally shit hot and after 4 episodes, immediately became my favourite TV show.

I'd still like to see us bring in some actual CM's and put Shinnie to LB, I appreciate there will be a few or even most, that feel he's a CM now, but not for me, a back 4 of Logan Devlin McKenna Shinnie could be pretty strong and formidable, bring in some CM's to balance the midfield, not forgetting Tansey is still to come back, or is he done? Fuck knows, will find out at the end of the season I suppose. Whatever way you look at it, it's going to be another busy and important summer, I have a feeling Reynolds will be off also, possibly even Rooney, no way he'll be happy being benched most weeks, probably still our top scorer this season despite not playing as many games as he'd have liked, meaning another striker may be necessary as well.

Kilmarnock ( A) Hearts ( H ) Hibs ( H ) Huns ( H ) Celtic ( A ) I think that's as good as we could have got? The home triple header will be absolutely key for 2nd spot in my opinion.

First shot at goal in the second half there........

I think West Brom are definitely going down, therefore, a "bigger" name than McInnes won't be overly drawn to it in my opinion. If you gather info from their forums and social media etc... then he's not that popular a choice amongst there support anyway. The timing yet again is extremely frustrating, we have gathered a wee bit of momentum, a huge fixture tonight, then again vs Hearts, and he's all over the back pages again. I am still very much for the idea of ourselves getting a fresh manager in to be honest, and I wouldn't begrudge him going there, he's been pretty open about returning to England. St Mirren all but promoted and I have warmed to the idea of Jack Ross, if not Steve Clarke, who clearly has an average Killie team ticking along very nicely. All of this of course pending on McInnes, West Brom and ourselves as a club. That's my tuppence worth on the subject, I'd really rather we win what is going to be an extremely difficult fixture tonight and hope the players have steered clear of newspaper talk!

Aye, it's not action packed to be fair, although they have tried to gradually bring it in. I am genuinely thoroughly enjoying it, onto episode 3 in season 2 now.

Went back and watched an old favourite of mine, called Narc, with Ray Liotta and Jason Patric, watched it when it first came out and thought it was just as good when I watched last night again. Definitely recommend.

The Frankenstein Chronicles, with Sean Bean. Surprisingly very enjoyable and gripping with a twist or two. ( Okay, so it was actually on Netflix, the 1st season anyway, and " legally obtained " the 2nd season from ITV Encore ) Give it a watch it's worth it.

A win of any kind will do for me. I see that wee prick McCann has been involved in a fair few aftermatch scuffles, including with our own Tony Docherty, I saw what he did to Zander Clark of St Johnstone too there, clearly claws at his face. Hopefully it's a comfortable win and he spits the dummy again, but as alluded too already, will take any kind of win.

Indeed, made me think we may see a sequel, I really hope we do, I genuinely loved the film, everything about it, especially Sam Rockwell.

Aye, it wasn't one that'll be remembered for quality or loads of chances. GMS took a sore one first half, in where I thought their boy ( McKenzie maybe ) should perhaps have seen a red card, he seemed to continually kick GMS even after the whistle had gone, would need to see it on TV, but looked malicious as fuck. I actually thought McLean had a poor game, but he immediately wanted the ball for our equalising goal, the penalty, so at least he had the balls to do so, might surprise some, but in my opinion, Anthony O'Connor was the best player on the park. Boyd never got a sniff for 90 minutes because of O'Connor, he was always tight on him and won most of his aerial battles with him. He was calm and did everything well, he was my MOTM Nwakali, I was rather harsh on him it seems, he came on and did very well, one or two bizarre hoofs up the park to nobody, but then almost everyone was guilty of that at some point, but overall, neat and tidy, ballooned an effort well over and wide then around 5 minutes later forced MacDonald into a good save with a curler that was heading straight into the top corner. Woodman did very well for the penalty shootout, must get huge credit for that, and to be fair, he got a very warm applause and cheer when he eventually got out of the Dons players all over him. Overall, we're into the next round, wasn't pretty, but who gives a fuck, we're there. Some key players missing for the Semi so will be an interesting line up when the time comes.

To be fair Rico, I have just seen the entirety of the interview & he was actually responding to Clarke's comment that tonight's game is probably season defining for Aberdeen etc... So I have been guilty of reading a headline and wetting my knickers, very unlike me. Clarke is obviously at the wind up or just relieving pressure from Killie's end.
-
Of course, but he's never dismissed a game in this manner before, and I know he's not dismissing it as such, but he's changed his patter, since he arrived he's always said he'll be judged on silverware and league finishes, we were already out of one cup and slightly declining in the league, I expected him to be more positive in his assessment, is it maybe because he's feeling a bit of pressure? I ahve no idea if any of waht I have said makes sense to be honest, I'm just home from a 14 hour nightshift and feeling like shit, off to bed shortly so I am fresh for the game tonight, which I can confirm, after my previous query, has a Pay At The Gate option.
-
He talks about the cups as our only real chance of winning anything, all of the time, now there is a bit of unrest amongst some supporters, he's playing it down. Imagine we get papped out tomorrow night, Kris Boyd scores the winner & we get pipped to 3rd by Lennon's Hibs, what a great finish to the season that would be However, we're still in with a fighting chance, so lets hope for the best and hope the manager doesn't pander to Killie tomorrow night.

I've had a change of heart and managed to get the night off work, so going to go to this on Tuesday night, does anyone know if there will be PATG available? Looked on both websites and can only see from ours that if I buy a ticket just now, it can only be collected from the ticket office, which is impossible for me as I live 100 miles away.

Can't believe I am about to say this, but I am now at the stage where I would now take on Jack Ross. I was adamant several months ago that I would not entertain him, purely because he's still unproven, but he's all but won the Championship and I would get him in now to asses what he has and give him a pre-season and transfer window before the start of next season. I am going to make a prediction here, and it's not all that wild, we won't win the Scottish Cup and Hibs will pip us to 3rd place. 2nd is categorically gone and when the split comes, we will be lucky to win a game or two. I could be wrong, but if memory serves me right, our post split record is abysmal under McInnes. I get the feeling that even players are starting to doubt the manager now and his belief in them, because they look shot to fuck in terms of confidence. I get that he probably had one eye on Tuesday night's replay, but we had an opportunity to get to within 3 points of the vermin, who will likely capitulate tomorrow, and give us the gap back from Hibs. Fucking infuriating and all self inflicted. I liked him, I thought he was the correct appointment, but he broke me after that Celtic game a few weeks back and I won't be won over now, I want him gone.

Late to the party SeeBass and apologies in advance if this offends you, but in my experience, women are total head fucks full stop. Masters at fucking with your head. Snakes with tits. Guys can be dicks too obviously, but we're not sleekit about it. If I read your comments correctly, she's married with kids? She's probably clocked that you seem to like her more than just a friend, and she's got a bit excited about it and had a bit of what she would call harmless fun, she is married and has kids and someone else is showing interest in her? She'll milk that shit without taking your feelings into consideration min. Get yersel on to P.O.F and do as much shagging as you physically can, you'll meet your soul mate eventually.

Cracking pictures Hendo, hope you're well sir

Straw that broke the camels back?
KennyFuckinPowers replied to manc_don's topic in Aberdeen Football Club
It's a yes from me too. For me, he was the right appointment at the time, he did make us steady and then eventually a very difficult team to play against. But, if we are all being really honest with ourselves, Laszlo was right a few weeks back, we have had no Huns for several years, no Hibs, no Dundee United etc... We were where we should have been at least and he made sure of it. Now they're back, minus the Jutes, and we're regressing. I actually think we are fighting for 3rd spot with Hibs now, the Huns will finish several points ahead of us and we won't beat them this season either. In my opinion, in each of these defeats vs Rangers, Celtic & the more recent one against Hibs, he has not played to our strengths and that really doesn't sit well with me, it's almost as if it's a self admission from him that we don't have a good enough squad. Look at the game we destroyed Hibs, we were pressing, we were sharp and we were getting into very good opportunities, they couldn't live with it, and we fucked them up. It's extremely frustrating. I for one am looking forward to his recruitment in the summer compared to the other clubs around us. Edited to add this, I see he is still going with the " we were so close to getting the result we wanted and that it's the first time we have had more attempts at goal than Celtic " I am fairly certain that is complete pish, Woodman had 3 or 4 saves in the first half alone to their keepers 0. Stuff like that boils my piss. I mind we beat Celtic at Parkhead under Calderwood, and we were playing Rangers 3 days later at Ibrox and Jimmy got a bit excited and said we are coming for you Rangers, we got pumped 5-1 and he immediately apologised, acknowledged he got it completely wrong and learned from his error. Has McInnes ever took the blame for any of our defeats? -
To be fair CvB, I did explain that more changes were needed, but we don't have the personnel to do so, maybe Rogers in for Woodman, but I honestly don't see a massive difference between the two, although Rogers was hardly given a proper opportunity.
-
Admittedly, this does appear to be the case, however, I think last season, everyone subconsciously accepted that Celtic were having a fairly remarkable season in that they were beating everyone domestically, with relative ease, it was Rodgers' first season and he recruited fairly well, Sinclair & Dembele seemed to stand out, Armstrong, MacGregor & Forrest all dramatically improved. This season it has been pretty obvious that they are nowhere near as good, and on Sunday we let them completely dictate the game, in the opening 10 minutes we had everyone in our own half allowing them to dominate the ball, we did not press high up the pitch or put their keeper under any duress. They were there for the taking and McInnes' ineptitude prevailed yet again. Also, look at our performances and results againt der Hun, wholly unacceptable. Just my opinion mind.
