Correct, passes were lazy and laboured. I'm still mixed as you're right to point out that a draw isn't a bad result away to Hibs, but we threw it away, that's what really pissing me off. It was their CB Hanlon putting the ball across for the equaliser, not from a set piece or that, he was just free in the box at the back post because GMS committed to a loose ball that he was never winning.

Fucking shite. Treated it like it was away to the Ugly Sisters, totally shot ourselves in the foot & could see their goal coming a mile away. 2 points dropped without question, yet we still go unbeaten. Very mixed emotions but feel that was winnable and we've thrown it away.

May, GMS, Ferguson & Ross been fucking criminal too ( Hopes my bemusement has the same effect on these guys in the 2nd half goal wise too )
-
Hoban makes it 1-0 on the stroke of HT He's still shite though.....
-
Hoban is so far off the pace it's fucking criminal. Barring a decent effort from young Ferguson, which was well saved by Bogdan, we've been so poor, very frustrating.
-
This is fucking abysmal, we are being completely out ran in midfield, Shinnie looks lost.

Hibs started like we did against St Mirren. They are steamrolling us. Still goalless thankfully.
-
Looks like Greg Stewart is heading to Kilmarnock on a season long loan.

Lewis Shinnie Considine Gleeson GMS May Devlin Ferguson Ball Ross Hoban SUBS - Cerny, Logan, Forrester, Wilson, McGinn, Cosgrove, Anderson Wright must have picked up a knock, surprised to see Logan not make the 11 as well. EDIT TO ADD - I am genuinely struggling to work out who plays where, apart from Devlin, Gleeson, GMS, Ross & May.

I'm not so sure to be honest. Was made aware last Saturday ( After a friend took his own life ) that there has been 6 of my former classmates, of whom 3 were relatively close friends of mine, have now passed, 2 were suicide and the other 4 were drug overdoses, probably due to our location and complete lack of anything really, from job opportunities through to actual stuff to do without travelling a fair distance. It would probably be a miserable & sad affair, added to that, we live in such a small town that almost everyone has some form of grievance with each other. Wish to fuck that when I moved to Aberdeen back in 2013 for work that I could have persuaded my partner to move up, didn't help that she was pregnant with our Son at the time and my daughter had just started School, was too much hassle, I eventually lost my job up there anyway and had to move back here.

Found these comments interesting from young Frank Ross, he was, perhaps still is, frustrated at his lack of game time & wondering when his game time will come. I know McInnes has his detractors ( and for me, rightly so ) regarding his trust in youth players, and it really makes you wonder what might be if he doesn't show more trust in them, Ross, along with the other's, clearly have natural ability, and in Ross' case, he's now 20, whilst still a youngster, he's clearly at an age where maybe he should be knocking the managers door. “ I have waited so long for that because there have been heaps of times I have been on the bench and not come on,” Ross said. “I made my debut ages ago, four years ago, with five minutes at the end of a match at Dens Park. “You do start to think when will my chance come. When you see players come in and start you do think ‘why is that not me?’ “I started one game last year at Dundee at Dens Park but the cup-tie was the first time I started at home. " A lot of people would point to Shankland as the prime example, kid clearly has talent, a natural finisher etc... but we only got to see him make the odd 3 minute sub appearance, which is never going to determine whether a player is good enough or not, on the other hand though, McInnes saw him every day in training & perhaps he's simply found his level at Ayr United, who knows? Add to that Rooney was very consistent when Shankland was here, so I can understand why he wouldn't oust Rooney for a starting spot. A long point I appreciate, but to cut a long story short, are we at risk of failing these kids or are they simply not good enough? Scott Wright another, been around for what seems like a while now, yet he's not started, or at least had a consistent run, in the team to determine whether he could be considered a certain name of the team sheet every week. McKenna was only brought in to keep a tighter ship at Fir Park after the embarrassment that preceded it, and look how it's turned out for him, let's be honest, had that not happened, he'd have been released at the end of last season without question. If Frank Ross is feeling confident, and has been the best player in training, whilst still probably buzzing after his performance vs St Mirren, should he not start the game? Does he not deserve to start the game? Same question for Wright.

Celtic have ended their interest in signing Aberdeen defender Scott McKenna, says manager Brendan Rodgers. Aberdeen rejected a bid in the region of £3.5m from Celtic for the Scotland defender, 21. Meanwhile, centre-back Dedryck Boyata has not travelled to Lithuania for Thursday's Europa League play-off tie first leg with Suduva. More to follow. Thank fuck.

Difficult venue depending on which Hibs decide to turn up, but our confidence from Saturday should be sky high and a similar start would see us win, they appear to be conceding a fair amount of goals. Will go Hibs 2-3 Aberdeen ( GMS, Logan, Anderson ) Be interesting to see who makes the squad and starting 11 considering we have a couple of players back.

Still no update on this? Meeting began almost 6 hours ago I believe.

The thing that impresses me most about Considine is his sheer determination to be better every season, as someone alluded too above, he's actually got a very good cross and it'd be interesting to see what his assists are. He's physically strong also, but still got the energy & fitness to get up and down the flank. I like him and would be happy to have him here as a squad player, but I have to admit, I would much prefer Shinnie in there, however, if he's still seen as a CM, then Considine at LB it is.

2-0 Dons ( Shinnie )
-
1-0 Dons ( GMS )

Think McGinn injured in warm up, Frank Ross starting in his place and MacLennan takes Ross place on the bench.
-
Lewis Shinnie Considine Gleeson McGinn GMS Wright May Devlin Ferguson Ball BENCH - Cerny, Forrester, Cosgrove, F Ross, Campbell, B Anderson, S Roscoe No James Wilson in the squad. Have to ask why Forrester isn't starting, he's either not showing enough, not trying enough or has a rotten attitude?

Loved this from Runrig, my old man likes them, could never get into them myself though, although this got my attention, wonderful song.

Idris Elba - Possible James Bond?
KennyFuckinPowers replied to KennyFuckinPowers's topic in Off Topic
And this is where I would strongly hope that it's not the case, if it is, then it shouldn't be him. My only hope is that if he's offered it, it's on merit. Plus, anything to piss that looney Hopkins off. -

Yes, he was, he was equally as good in Blade! -
I know it's been alluded too earlier in the thread, but I noticed that Ryan Christie was left out of Celtic's squad yet again when they lost to AEK. I am fairly certain he played some pre-season games for which I assume Brenda was having a look at him, well he's now been left out of a few squads. Should we be asking the question of bringing him here on a permanent basis instead of a loan this time? The fee would really depend on how long he's got left on his contract, his willingness to come here & his wage demands. Think he showed enough to suggest he's clearly a good enough player, despite his form deteriorating after Christmas last season. Or, should we move on from Christie, see how Forrester gets on in that role & focus on other areas of the pitch.
