TENEMENTFUNSTER
Our coaches can work on his pace and fitness. Here's hoping he's already got plenty of the raw thingy we can't teach ... talent! (oh did I say that within earshot of Mackie?) Mackie was excellent yesterday. If the team always put that kind of effort in we would be in much better position. Kowalski
‘Pittodrie pitch could wreck my Aberdeen FC dream’ Paul Marshall fears for new deal By Mark Davies Published: 11/03/2010 PAUL Marshall today revealed he fears the Pittodrie pitch could cost him a new Aberdeen FC deal. The 20-year-old signed in the January transfer window from Manchester City until the end of the season. But he admitted the uneven surface at Aberdeen FC has so far prevented him from showing his best for the Reds. “At the moment the pitch is very poor,†he said. “It is very hard to play the ball on the ground and I haven’t been able to show how well I can play football because the pitch is so bad." mizer
He hasnt shown to be able to play football on other grounds with better pitches..
maverick sheep
Pathetic excuse. If a footballer can only (for benefit of the doubt) play on a surface maintained to a snooker table standard then he's no fuckin use to us and probably has no appreciable talent anyway. ...he canny even hoof the fuckin thing! TENEMENTFUNSTER
A good passer he may be but he really hasn't got much, if any, better. Pity, he looked like there he could have pushed on from a decent start but moaning about pitches doesn't help his cause much. Yes the pitches are very poor but it's Scottish fitba. Pish wi the cock you've got.
Reekie_Red
Agreed. Everyone on the park has to deal with the shit surface. It's not as if the shit surface only follows one player around!

Guest ally s
I saw plenty evidence at United away in January. Looked a very tidy footballer with some neat touches, also set up Mulgrew's goal with a nice pass.
