I do like the thought of us drawing their play-off path, then booking all the flights while they have to wait patiently until March to see if they qualify first. Especially the flights from Dublin.

I see that the global brand that is Cristiano Ronaldo has had two of his three banned matches for his red card suspended, so he won't miss any of the group stage.

Apparently, because it was his first red card in 226 caps, he just gets a rap on the knuckles.

Yes, but it's good news for his sponsors and FIFA. And when it comes to the World Cup, that's the most important thing.

In ENTIRELY different news - the dinner Trump held last week for the Crown Prince of Saudi looked nice. Infantino and Ronaldo looked to be having a great time…
