  1. Courtney Barnett - A Sea Of Split Peas (Double EP) Possibly the only Aussie act, group, band, musician I've ever enjoyed to date.
  2. Ski and boarder cross is outstanding.
  3. World War Z - Nothing new, disappointed. This Is The End - Awesome.
  4. Just finished watching The Following with Kevin Bacon as lead. Good series although it fizzled out a bit towards the last couple episodes and got a little predictable. Worth a watch though.
  5. Christopher Walken & Al Picino in 'Stand Up Guys' was decent. Anything with those two would be. Had low expectations for 'Meet The Millers' but turned out I enjoyed it.
  6. Women moan even when they're enjoying themselves. Thread closed.
  7. 'Maturing as a man as well as a player'. That's some insight you have there given he's only played about a dozen games since his last sidelining. I'm just hoping he doesn't do anything daft before the chance to stick three past England.
  8. I'm sure there'll be a couple instances where this might ring true, although I'm struggling to think of one. But the amount of remakes and the speed that they're churning them out, I'm betting that's a very tiny percentage.
  9. Don't understand anyone lining the pockets of the lazy fucks in Hollywood by going to see remakes.
  10. Watched a couple no-brainers last night. Haywire (Ewan McGregor, Antonio Banderas, Michael Douglas, Channing Tatum) was a decent assassin/espionage movie. Last 10 minutes were slightly disappointing though, seemed like they ran out of time or money when it came to wrapping it up. Worth watching alone for the female lead's bangers. Olympus Has Fallen (Morgan Freeman playing president would you believe, Gerard Butler playing Bruce Willis/John McClane). Actually quite enjoyed it, refreshing change from Muslim's being the bad guys. Highlights being Butler stabbing just about everyone in the head with something sharp, even when they were already dead.
  11. Good idea Tom. Maybe they'll do it in 5 miles time?
  12. Arent they moving the AECC out to Dyce? Boom! Land going spare on the edge of the city with dual carriageways heading to it from both directions. Bus park right next door to ferry fans in and out, where away buses can park up. Could probably cut some deal with the companies round that area as well to use their car parks that are sitting empty during weekends and week day evenings. I'll nae even charge them £100k to study that 2 second bit of common sense.
  13. He was shagging Fern Cotton so the warning signs were there that he liked small boys.
  14. http://www.theguardian.com/music/2013/nov/26/lostprophets-singer-ian-watkins-admit-offences-attempted-rape-baby I simply cannot believe what I've just read. How on earth did they sell 3.5 million albums?
  15. Is he also missing the death threats, explosives in his mail and fisticuffs at traffic lights? Fucking neep.
  16. Did I say that I thought you were saying that you were? Twas merely a question.
  17. Were you expecting any? It is what it is and it'll remain so until we see a large investment or have a sustained period where we win cups, the league or decent runs in Europe.
