  2. Sounds good, but Graham Spiers...
  3. We've had 13 different players score 20+ goals since 1978/79. Cosgrove (1), Rooney (4), McGinn (1), B Dodds (1), Shearer (2), Paatelainen (1), McDougall (2), Black (1), Stark (1), McGhee (2), Strachan (2), Archibald (1), and Harper (1). That patch between 2012/2013 and 1996/1997...
  4. Well done, MB. As I'm sure you have been told fuckloads, one day at a time, my friend.
  5. Not overly confident with this match.
  6. Knew this would eventually happen but gutted anyhow. I would say that McKenna if he is still here next season, would be captain. If he heads off, who would be given it?
  7. I've never wanted a season to end this fast than any for a long time. A very weird season.
  8. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_Pittman Meh, indeed.
  9. https://www.scotsman.com/sport/football/teams/rangers/sorry-to-disappoint-everyone-who-wanted-an-old-firm-semi-final-derek-mcinnes-savours-another-aberdeen-win-over-rangers-1-4888359 ‘Sorry to disappoint everyone who wanted an Old Firm semi-final’ - Derek McInnes
  10. He had been banned before under different names.
  11. Looks like Halford was well liked by the Cardiff fans. http://www.cardiffcityforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=198217 http://www.ccmb.co.uk/showthread.php?435024-I-thought-he-was-a-good-player-for-us&highlight=Greg+Halford
  12. I let you know that that orange boiler suit combo was all the rage in 1986. I actually hired the waterproofs and hiking boots from outdoor education at my high school.
  13. I was dreading looking at the score when I got up this morning. Was very surprised to see the score. A bit of a melancholic mood with how the transfer window went in regards the team. So this is a fine tonic.
  14. Lowe as in. Nicky Maynard left in Sept, but I think that should still be classed as this window. Or maybe not. As I said, I hoped I got the list right...
  15. Winter transfers 2018/2019 Aberdeen:- 2 in - 7 out. Celtic:- 7 in - 9 out. Dundee:- 11 in - 9 out. Hamilton:- 5 in - 4 out. Hearts:- 4 in - 3 out. Hibs:- 7 in - 5 out. Kilmarnock:- 4 in - 5 out. Livi:- 6 in - 7 out. Motherwell:- 2 in - 9 out. Huns:- 5 in - 7 out. St Johnstone:- 5 in - 3 out. St Mirren:- 11 in - 9 out. I think I got most of that right. A truly fucked transfer window for us.
  16. Do we have any fucking players left???
  17. One swallow does not a summer make...
  18. Hamilton after a new manager. Canning punted.
  19. Where I live is in regional Queensland. In the 22 years I've lived here, the changes this place has gone through is huge. It's gone from a town to a city in that time. We have had many huge coal mines opened up just out west from here. That has brought in huge amounts of money to this place, which has been good and bad. With more money in the pockets of the miners, the drug problem here has gone through the roof the past 10 years. ICE is the drug that has done the damage. I see cars dumped and burned out by the side of the road. Break-ins have become ten a penny. Australia day holiday was last weekend and that's a day I dread. Far right racist nationalism has increased hugely. I've had insults shouted on Australia day about me not being born in Australia. I had "words" with them. It's not the "lucky country" it was once called. But that's really happening the world over.
  20. Australia is funny in that it has no stunning looking mountains. They seem to be all plateau style mountains. And I hate snakes... NZ looks stunning and to be truthful, I think half the mountains over there are well out my mountain climbing "skills".
  21. Me in May 1986 on top of Mullach Clach a' Bhlàir in the Cairngorms. I was only 13. It was not the most exciting mountain that I ever have done...
  22. I hate this fucking thread... It always makes me homesick. Brilliant pictures though.
