  1. What a farce. I expected more from them.
  2. Whilst I don't disagree that on current form those two are not worthy of a contract, but surely now the club (probably for the first time) holds all the cards? Players we know that can play better, but for one reason or another are not, their stock is low therefore, the club can claim they are not worth a better deal? I'd rather we sort things out sooner rather than later.
  3. Its the best way andrew. Just go to any british bar towards the end and they'll have the final scores on ssn. Better than watching it come in. Btw if you do try listening to it. Bbc radio won't work outside of the uk so i hope you have red tv!
  4. Yassss. Early pre match optimism. Thats what i like to see come on you reds lets Fuck der hun! Why have a list, any broken hun is a good one Edit: Mark McGhee with a wee dig at the Arabs today on BBC . Saying that the gap between the scum and the rest isn't as big as it once was and saying we're fifth despite the Arabs apparently having a great start to the season. COME ON YOU REDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. I read on sky sports that mendes is out for this one
  6. Ooft put that rod away mini! He was far too much of a hot head and wreckless in the challenge to be better than ando. Was he not part of the booze crew anyway? Edit: i remember, when i used to hear Mcguire tackles in the box=penalty.
  7. Totally, but the problem is, due to the lack of investment, the team appears to be going no-where fast and increasingly stale. A bit of investment is what is needed, I don't know where from or how, but it is needed. The team needs some work to it and I really hoped it would happen over summer, but it didn't. I know the club is broke etc....and I don't profess to be a professor of economics or business, but surely we need to ensure that this team is at least capable of meeting its remits (i.e. get to a cup final or at least be competetive in them). Cutting back each season is killing this club.
  8. I think he's got goals for us in games that others wouldn't have scored. That to me means he's worth it alone.
  9. Are they still doing as badly as they had done at the beginning of the season? Wonder if he'll beat off any competition for his place in the team
  10. He (Ifil) certainly came across quite well in that brief interview. There is no doubting that he's shored the defence up and I just hope he continues to do so and enjoys his stybrox experience for the right reason
  11. We live in hope, but i'm sure most hun games are on the web.
  12. Kerr deserves nothing atm, but I would say we need to get Mulgrew on a deal. He is one of the few actually scoring goals, and is dangerous from set pieces. Yes his defending is borderline schoolgirl but maybe pushed up further forward we might reep more rewards from him. Sign him up. I must say, I'm more disappointed with McDonald than Kerr this season. I really thought that he was the man to fill Bazza's shoes, but he's been completely anonymous this season. Showed a lot of promise last season.
  13. BB I wouldn't have thought most of those places would allow colours? I'd say Liquid Ship is your best bet! Great Pizza's and beer selection. West End and GWR are your best best Ally S
  14. Dunno, it happens to me every now and then, I just copy what i've written then click the topic and paste it in again. Usually fine after then. It is a bit of an annoyance though!
  15. Been a while since they've had one of them out. Anyone watch i think it was the money programme special? All about brown and the credit crunch. Quite a good watch surprisingly. Tho it was very much in favour of the pm.
  16. You'd be very lucky to find that fixture on in amsterdam mate. Some coffee shops have arabic satellite so might be worth asking a few off the main drag so to speak.
  17. Don't get me wrong azteca, so would i, but i just don't see i happening but is pawlett not a midfielder than striker?
  18. I could see your line up happening to be honest paulinho. I'd like pawlett to come on later to try to exploit tired hun legs and maybe get thomson or mendes i'd also like to see fyvie to get a run out too.
  19. Has to be a definite starter on sat. Scored last time out at stybrox and obviously got the double on tuesday. Thanks ajja for brightening up my day come on you reds. Paton ftw!
  20. It probably was. its 1-1 now.
  21. Too true, I think its what most of us have known for a long time, and that is that we've lacked any real commitment in the centre of the park since Roberto. Someone who is a nutter (but obviously restrained to the point that he won't always get sent off). Kerr is NOT that person.
  22. Two very truthful articles in one day, its just a shame that such a(nother) shambolic event brings them out.
  23. So.....by the sounds of it, roll on saturday? :-/
  24. I was confused by the tiger woods one for a while, all I saw was the woman behind him, then realised what was stood next to her
  25. The ice man on channel 4. What a nutter!
