  1. I did think about that recently and think I mentioned it on another thread, we just have to hope he realises that it could be worth staying around for a while longer.
  2. Can't argue with any of that. He deserves to keep his place. He hasn't let himself down recently when he has been deployed there. Also seemed to come across quite well in that interview I thought and the fact he realises that he needed to prove himself at Killie is definitely a good thing. Keep it up Maguire. But obviously this is all McGhee dependent. Allow it to grow and prosper please!
  3. In/Oot? Out Pre-match? Work Match? Playing 7's Post-match? pub or bed Prediction? 1-1
  4. Feyenoord are rotten this season long may it continue lol.
  5. The acid test is not only for Maguire, but for the team in general. They need to convince the fans they're worth watching. That said, i still hope Maguire keeps performing the way he is. Mcghee will have no choice but to keep him there.
  6. Great if true and came off, but i can't see him taking such a step down.
  7. Aye seen the phone shop the other day, cracking wee show. Been told to watch the event, apparently a cross between lost and 24? Is it on channel 4?
  8. They played it last night! Cracking gig. Was quite an old crowd but lots of folks on pills
  9. Switched off completely for those last 2 goals. But other than that, I thought it was a good performance. Maguire, Aluko, FOlly and Hartley all had good shifts and Fraser looked very positive when he came on. More of the same, minus the defensive lapses please AFC! On a side note, just over 7,500 folk there
  10. Playing well, hopefully the team can keep it up. Still look a bit dodgy at the back when hibs do attack though so they'll need to keep their wits about them. Didn't mention anything on espn about the injuries Mizer.
  11. 2-0 now, vernon.
  12. It will indeed be on. Fear not, the guy claims he was just doing a refurb on the place. There was a good showing for the huns game, though i doubt there will be for this one Which direction are you coming from? Edit: Mizer had quicker reactions!
  13. Off to see Kruder and Dorfmeister tonight at the roundhouse in Camden, then off to a club night my mate is starting up. Maybe make it to the pub tomorrow for the football, tho will probably just watch it in bed.
  14. In/oot: Out Prematcher: Bed Match: Rob Roy or flat Postmatcher: flat Prediction: No. 7.

It was Inception you saw jager. Good film!
  16. Anyone see the lech Poznan fans? Absolute nutters! Looked like great fun though
  17. For fucks sake McGhee. He's just returning from injury and you'd prefer to play him in front of a player who has collected an award, playing well and confidence was sky high for both club and country. Nice one. On topic, I hope Hartley is right.
  18. Of course you should be doing this anyway McGhee
  19. I couldn't watch the game and had to leave after 3-0. Inter were playing some great football. But i did not expect to read that spurs had clawed back 3 goals. Was it likely they could have got an equaliser Kow?
  20. Completely. The standard of football has increased considerably over the past couple of seasons and teams that have invested heavily in developement (FC Twente and AZ as an example) have seen results improve on the pitch too. A lot of teams are capable of getting results against the "big 3" now and it's already been quite an exciting season so far. AS GD says, a playoff system for the final champions league spot, albeit qualifying spot, would be quite interesting. Though both the two ugly cunts would not allow it to happen as they would view it as their right having finished higher in the league.

I thought it was a decent film, that scene and when the guy comes out of the cave slowly just banging the baseball bat were my favourites
  22. Possibly, but I think I can see Bloo_toon's reasoning. Teams may actually try to play football because the fear of relegation has been taken away. But then again, you run the risk of come Jan/Feb, when it is clear they are not going to win the league, people stop going etc.... Personally, I think we need two leagues in Scotland, much like they have it in Holland. An 18 team league with 2 being relegated (the second being decided via a play off). I don't know why I'm surprised by today's statement, it is what we should expect from these money driven scum bags.
  23. Don't let facts get in the way of his argument!
  24. The simple matter is, as has already been said, we simply can't afford to get rid of him. For Aberdeen to work again, we need a year zero, start from the beginning, but that's as likely as me winning the euro millions. I am praying that mark Mcghee sees the problems and addresses them in january. But i'm increasingly losing patience and faith in him. We just have to hope that this doesn't turn into a full blown relegation battle. In hartley trust.

    Andy Murray

At least he's getting his form back. That win will do no end to his confidence levels.
