  1. I'd like to say i hope they get their faces smashed in, but having sat in the Jock Stein stand because I wasn't able to get a ticket for the away end, I hope they just leave in tears instead, trip down the stairs and get food poisoning. That would suffice
  2. Funny what good football and a few decent results can do. COYR!
  3. I get the feeling you're trying to get a point across Kow, but I just can't quite work it out
  4. It wasn't actually too bad, return flights to Bombay were £500, then we travelled mostly by train which I think came out to just under £60 for 3 journeys that totalled about 36 hours. Then at the wedding, we paid for nothing at all so I don't think I spent an extortionate amount. I have to say though, he's one of my oldest mates, known him for nigh on 22 years! First two train journey's we travelled in what they called AC first (private room with AC) but this meant that all the train staff would come in, pull the curtain and sell stuff for more than what they should. Even had the audacity to ask for tips at the end of the journey. Taxi fares varied immensely as well. The drivers would always try and screw you over, but as long as you stuck to your guns, they eventually caved to a price where they were still probably making a huge profit.
  5. Just back from a week and a bit in India. Was there primarily for a mates wedding (both Bride and Groom are Indian) in Jodhpur. What a beautiful place Rajasthan is! Jodhpur was easily my favourite, the view from the fort there was truly outstanding. India itself is one of the strangest countries i've ever visited and i've never been fleeced so much in my life. Such poverty right next to some of the richest people you'll ever meet. Taj Mahal, really wasn't what I expected and can't say I saw how it was one of the 7 wonders. The detailing was great but I felt Agra Fort (nearby) was equaly if not better than it. I guess it was just a shame that it was so smoggy which ruined the view.
  6. Check group-on or living social, they always have plenty of deals going on. Market wise, visit spittalfields (near liverpool Street Station), Broadway market (by London bridge) which is great for food. Brick lane market is good on a Sunday too (near Liverpool Street / Spittalfields). I've only been to lion king and blood brothers and can say lion king was phenomenal! If you get seats in the grand circle, you get animals being a lot more interactive with the crowd. Last museum I went to was the British museum which was awesome but its worth checking what exhibitions are on.
  7. Thanks Tyrant!
  8. This on ESPN or Sky?
  9. That makes no sense whatsoever. People really need to get over themselves!
  10. One thing ive noticed recently is that some folks avatars don't load up any more, such as mbts. Edit: Also, the quote function doesn't seem to be working any more I am using Chrome and was working fine before.
  11. Surely if this wasn't what the clubs wanted, they would have got their jotters nellie??? Its a complete joke of a proposal though and I genuinely hope it gets shot to pieces.
  12. Thoroughly enjoyed watching those highlights! Seemed very solid throughout COYR, bring on the timothy's!
  13. Phew, was worried there for a moment!
  14. Oh completely, especially one that is in the public eye like a referee. IMO, the FA really need to get this sorted asap, it is only doing the game harm.
  15. As I said earlier in the thread, they are clearly adopting their brothers stance of deflect deflect deflect. I hope they throw the book at Chelsea for wasting everyones time. God knows how they'd react if he was called a cheeky cunt.
  16. good effort on the graphs Mizer In/Oot: Oot Prematcher: Mumbai Match: Possibly sleeping Postmatcher: 22 hour train to Agra Prediction: 2-2
  17. Why ruin your holiday
  18. FFS this is just ridiculous now, along with the Serbian Police charging 2 England players for the scenes at the U21 match.
  19. My thoughts exactly, would like us to do well in all comps, a cup win is a cup win, regardless of whether it brings Yoorope or not. It's a shame but we need to focus on the league at the moment.
  20. Thank god I missed the football for this gig! Absolutely awesome live! Had a band caller Gulp supporting, one of the guys from super furries latest projects. They were decent too.
  21. Agreed, the fans have been let down by the club on so many occassions over the years that if you combine that with the current financial situation most folk it's not surprising folk aren't rushing back. It's a shame for this team, but it will take time to build that trust again. A standing section needs to be sorted asap where seated folk cannot go and complain. Moany fuckers!
