  1. http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/30451727 I would love wise to be their next manager
  2. Still more than Spurs should be paying themselves though.
  3. Precisely! Any who still has redTV care to explain what's said in this interview? Assuming it's more detailed than the above. http://www.redtv.afc.co.uk/page/TV/InterviewsDetail/0,,10284~4359848,00.html Ed, I thought so, but couldn't mind who had taken it over?
  4. He's definitely not as dislikeable as he used to be. I was pleased he won the championship this season. It's hard to dislike the rock star that Kimi is, lives his life how I would expect an F1 driver to!
  5. Also, have to say that was a brilliant take and ball by Monakana...
  6. Cash-strapped Rangers have cancelled Christmas at Ibrox, with non-executive director Derek Llambias sending an email to staff telling them there will be none of the usual seasonal gifts and no party this year. (Daily Record)
  7. This is excellent news. Our club seems to be acting more and more professionally with every major news piece. Not only that, but they seem to be taking on credible sponsors. I know Shell sponsored us before, I assume they will be replaced with Statoil? Anyway, great news for our youth set up and great credit to all involved!
  8. I'd go further than that. Thought the whole German team alone (starting XI) were ahead of him. But yes, doubt many would disagree that it was a farcical and emblematic award by FIFA. I voted for Messi, but for pretty much the reasons BB stated. It's not a slight against Ronaldo though as I think I actually prefer watching him play.
  9. Jenson Button signed on with McLaren for next season, not a bad team actually, him and Alonso. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/formula1/30328327
  10. http://waterfordwhispersnews.com/2014/12/10/liverpool-make-stunning-return-to-being-shite-again/
  11. I know that, I was more just making a point, even though in real terms it would be highly unlikely
  12. I concur completely. The game has survived without them and will continue to do so. Most of these "people" would have chosen to neglect their local teams to support one the scourges. Couldn't care less what happened to them, and I wouldn't want any of them in our support.
  13. That's well and truly pathetic. I'm genuinely amazed an offshoot hasn't been started a la FC United.
  14. What a goal by Ramsey last night, slightly reminded me of scholes' goal years ago against villa. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gcgic4h_IBg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6m0T9KdGW30 Liverpool were terrible last night. They even did an us and only attacked in the last 10 mins.
  15. They do, it is / was Carrington, i'm not sure what they've done with it though. I think this is just for their academy which was at Platt Lane. I'm guessing it's all moved to Sport City.
  16. Definitely something we should look to emulate, albeit on a much smaller scale. I believe it even shares the ground with a 6th form college, which I imagine was part of the section 106 along with a pitch dedicated for community use. There is no reason why we shouldn't be looking at this as a precedent.

    Films

Watched Nightcrawler followed by Dallas Buyers Club on sat night. Both absolutely brilliant films! Jake Gyllenhaal was superb in the Nightcrawler, really dark film.
  18. Massive game, shame we can't have the carrot of second place, but that's neither here nor there I guess. need to focus on getting 3 points regardless of what happens around us. In/Out: Out Pre-match: Sorting out my flat. Match: SSN in the flat / pub. Post-match: Arsenal - Newcastle, Clock end. Prediction: 3-2 Dons. Logan
  19. I've given up on it, especially since the quality of highlights seems better on the YouTube channel anyway! Only thing I miss is then live commentary for the games.
  20. Rumours have it that it was a motm performance from ash Taylor. Hopefully get some folk off his back
  21. Well, seems to be working OK so far, even Taylor scored
  22. London huns suffer their first defeat of the season and the now on form Newcastle. I wonder when newcastles traditional mid season slump will happen. In other news. Tims beat SS Motherwell.
