  1. Aye, one thing planning. Another thing doing. A train station would make all the difference to kingsford too (I know the train actually passes through Loirston)
  2. Had that horrible feeling recently too, hopefully we're both wrong
  3. Or a chicken wing

    Veggie haggis is surprisingly good.
  5. Welcome aboard
  6. I'd agree with that, club never really had things in order and a lot of folk needed convincing. I'd be open to it if they guaranteed a station but that costs a fuck load of money and probably not worth it for shitrail. I just want some training facilities and a new stadium it's gone on far too long.
  7. So, proper football is back tomorrow night. live on BT sport! Only players who are unavailable are Reynolds and Stockley (injury and suspension respectively). Dundee's form is patchy at best, on the back of 3 league losses, albeit they were a little bit unlucky against the timmery but thought that was more down to the tims being poor than Dundee being good. Hopefully we'll see a team that up for it and really game to end the season on a high. Jonny got his first ROI start earlier this week, despite the loss, he should be buzzing. We need to keep setting the bar for the hunnery 2.0 and the rest. Out Train Restaurant in Thirsk - hopefully catch the second half somewhere.. Pub! 2-1 Dons, Rooney and McLean
  8. Confirmed by DM just now
  9. McGinn is offski
  10. Interesting. I've not been overly impressed by him in the games i've seen him play against us since we failed to sign him last time. Also wish we'd stop signing caley players!
  11. O'Connor is way too slow for midfield
  12. His name has been mentioned previously I think, possibly after our last game against them? Wouldn't be against it, seems capable.
  13. It's really not that difficult. You've been asked countless times to back up your statements and every single time you go on the defensive and just press repeat. We are genuinely intrigued because if that is the case, then questions will need to be asked of the club. You can't make statements like that without the basis of fact or it is just lies or fiction.
  14. No, it's just a load of words, again. Where is the evidence that ACC have offered the club land and they have rejected it? Post links to said memos rather than 'inverted commas'. And FYI, do you think projects, namely stadiums haven't gone ahead because of a flooding risk? No, you'd be wrong. It's called a mitigation strategy, hell, they could even allow the stadium to flood, providing it contained the water.
  15. I always suspected that the cost of the land was what made them change to Kingsford. I was never really against it but I'll confess I don't really know much about either of the sites. My main reason for support for Kingsford is that in my, and Tom's professional opinion, you cannot develop Pittodrie to the levels that you would be able to elsewhere. This in itself is a hindrance. My opinions on the design itself are well documented but the principles and what it is trying to achieve are correct and that's why it has my support. It's a complete waste of time and money going through the whole process again on another site. And 100%AKS - I'd appreciate some actual credible responses to your claims and statements you've made countless times with no substantiation.
  16. It looks awesome
  17. Can't say we didn't see it happening but sad news nonetheless
  18. He is part of the reasons for success off the field, yes.
  19. I know you didn't, I was expanding it
  20. Spot on. I also wouldn't want to be anywhere near the Euro, anyone that thinks it is a viable currency needs their head looked at. Truly awful and I don't know of anyone that is happy with it.
  21. Absolutely this. We were a complete laughing stock in the way we approached business prior to his involvement, don't see how anyone can give DM credit for that. We are run incredibly well nowadays, no more of this third party shite for the club shop etc. He does a lot of excellent work behind the scenes that clearly some do not recognise. To blame him for the flood light failure is laughable and frankly, embarrassing. The club is better for having Yule on board than not.
  22. Glad to see he got his first ROI start last night. Shame it ended in defeat, but good to see an international manager rewarding someone for their form. Hopefully it's the first of many for him
  23. It's almost like the camera knows how evil she is, every photograph taken of her, she looks like she's been photographed in black and white, despite everyone else being in colour.
  24. You mean Bebo isn't a reason enough!?!?
