I agree on the aouchice front. Didn't really make an impact apart from one pass. I thought karlsson looked very good for the first half hour. Still not sure why topi came on. After last week I expected to see bilalovic get more time. Also felt that lazetic offered a lot more effort and presence than nisbet and hopefully he comes good. Too many changes too early changed the momentum and we looked unsettled/desperate. Gyamfi is pish, McKenzie was miles better. Palaversa tried to reach across his own body for the first, lazy and costly. Upside, we made chances.

Aye, decent half. Seem a lot more direct. Thought gyamfi was a bit out but otherwise team looking ok
-
Nisbet is a lazy fucker

It's on premier if that helps

Was going to go today but was down south this week and didn't sort tickets. I have no idea why you can't but tickets online and get a QR code. I do it with stenny away all the time using fanbase. I'll be at broadwood instead this afternoon, could've done both with later KO

Armstrong in the number 10 role Wouldn't disagree with that. Although he can play wide and replace milanovic tonight to get Clarkson in at ten -

Fair play to yengi. He's crap but he did more than nisbet and actually upset their defence. Bilalovic done well when he came on as did aochice but otherwise hard to give much praise. Armstrong was good but not sure holding midfielder is his role. Polvara offered little, full backs were pish, Nilsen gets stick but genuinely never misplaced a pass in the time he was on the pitch. Problem is we moved sideways and backwards far too much. United are bullies but they have a plan. Get it wide, whip it in and attack it. Simple and effective. Unsure why we can't manage that. I've given him the benefit but Jimmy isn't getting the best from the squad. I think it's now an inevitability that he has to go. -

We've been really poor. Don't get the ball up the pitch. I can't understand why every pass we make goes to feet and never in front of the man to run onto with momentum. Been bullied from the off and I'm not sure we have any answers TBH -

Why are United allowed to play on there when he gives a card. Clearly the ref thought it was a foul Leaving it to car. Lazy prick -

For a team full of wingers, there isn't much wing play -
I fully expected him to replace topi in our team
-
Topi and adil just don't really work. Running about but achieving fuck all. Karlsson did ok on debut. Our delivery is poor, Jensen takes too long to fire it across way too often. Palaversa gave the ball away more in ten minutes than Nilsen did the whole game but somehow Nilsen gets stuck. Only positive is we looked solid at the back today.

Topi is pish

Here's a question. Given the upheaval of the last few years, why wouldn't we choose a really good youth side and try to emulate man united by building around them. It's not more of a gamble than anything else we've been doing and if successful any sales are pure profit. If we found out 2011s are winning everything for example, prioritise getting them through the system.
-
Surprising faith in tobers who has managed to string together about half an hour since signing.
-
I think he's a very good player and can play anywhere across the front. Certainly better than topi or milanovic. Surprised he didn't have better offers but that might suggest his fitness is suspect. It'll piss off the arabs though, they love him.

This window is looking like an arms race. Well except for Celtic.
-
I'm not panicking about the striker TBH. I actually think yengi had shown signs of improvement and his hold up was actually decent on Sunday. Can't blame the guy for topi being incapable of delivering a ball. I also thought lazetic had a decent touch or two. Definitely need to sort the midfield. I thought kjartanson would've got some time by now. I think if you put him with palaversa they're a pretty formidable physical pairing and if you're good enough you're old enough. But if we're not confident in him he should go on loan and get some presence in. On that note do we need Nilsen and shinnie warming the bench if we boost the midfield?
-
Gutted to see him go. I really hope it was a decent fee because he's a game changer.
-
I agree. The boy at Motherwell has transformed their style in weeks. Is Jimmy over complicating it and they're too busy thinking to play? We've also invested heavily with little sign of progress. Hearts now allegedly spending £1.75m on their new guy suggests we will have some real competition financially. It's hard to make money on players in a struggling team. I agree with whomever said he has three more games. If he doesn't get something he will be gone by Christmas as the stadium will be empty.

Absolutely this

Losing is a habit and we've gotten into it. It's September tomorrow and we're still not ready for the season. Say what you like about VAR but we play like we expect to be hard done by rather than taking charge of things It's just not good enough!
-
That goal comes from aochice and Clarkson being tippy tappy. Way too lightweight. Shinnie and those two in the middle. Is it any surprise we can't get our foot on the ball now?
