Thank you and Goodbye / Calderwood's position untenable

Not me anyway. I think he spouts more piss than JC on a regular basis. If you were wanting someone to speak their mind, then look no further than Craig Levein - -

Hughes speakes more shit than JC!!! I would like to think that Aberdeen wouldn't be looking for someone who is managing a side second bottom of the SPL. Why would you want to see spell-binding football not seen since the Brazil team of the 70's when it gets you no further/worse off than where Aberdeen are currently sitting? JC won't walk and he won't be sacked. -

Can't say it was a 'complete sitter' as such. Took one touch too many and kind of sliced it. Was going well wide before the defender blocked it. -
I think thats asking a bit too much of this group of players ain't it?

Fair enough thinking that Mackie and Maguire would outrun 37 year old Thomson and 32 year old Wilson and so they should but not one was a ball played that they could actually do this. Punting it aimlessly upfield so Thomson and Wilson can just jump and head it back. Mackie and Maguire was never going to win anything in the air against these two. Surely after 50/60/70 minutes, it was realised that this was not working? Maguire on for Duff? And going 4-2-3-1? From what I saw, we were crying out for a big player (i.e Miller or Wright) to come on and win headers and clout the two centre backs about. It was obvious in the last 15 mins of ET that Wright had a positive effect but it was just too little, too late. -
Was looking forward to it before but going to be a VERY venomous atmosphere towards the team and the management. Might just have to get so blootered that I hopefully wont be able to mind the game on.

Mods, ban this clown. Every thread seems to fall to petty insults. Correlation = G&WR > Insults + Terrible threads -

If you come on here, have a reasoned debate on here. Don't go about spouting the same old shit about Mackie and Foster and call everybody 'two faced retards'. -

Going to be a VERY venomous atmosphere at Easter Road now. -

You would have thought eh? -
Ah get a grip you idiot. What good service did Mackie have? Or Maguire for that matter? Strikers rely on good service and tonight they had fuck all. Remind me of any chances Mackie had? Foster played like every other Aberdeen player tonight - below average/terrible. Fucking shocker of a penalty, I'll give you that.

Why the flying flock was Foster taking a penalty? 1 lucky penalty and the other two being absolutely shockers. 120 minutes of no imagination, not one single good corner, punting it up field for Mackie and Maguire to go against the likes of Thomson and Wilson, no even any chances let alone clear cut. Last season was a one off but for fuck sake, 210 minutes to put away a 1st Division side and for one reason or another, cannot do it. Another good draw and another chance blown. What a fucking disgrace. -

Cheers. Got a report due for tomorrow so don't know if I will be able to make it! Might just end up half watching it on there instead! -
Started watching Hestons feasts the other night. Thought it was very enjoyable and quite like Hesten Blumenthal!

EE: Our kids will save Aberdeen a fortune

http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/core As Jager says, this would probably consist of Severin, Kerr, McDonald and Miller. Possibly Smith (if fit) and Aluko could be included also. -

Thats what I thought. Nor could Duff be classed as a journeyman as he has only played for United and the Dons. However, according to Wiki, a journeyman (in the sports sense) is a professional sports player who is technically competent, but unable to excel. -
Didn't somebody have former Eastender Wendy Richards who popped her clogs no long ago?

Didnt Hibs do the double over the OF when they got to the CIS Cup Final, a few years back?

Just seen it!

Caley beating Huns 1 nil at Ibrox was a pleasant suprise. Even more so that Caley was awarded a pen at Ibrox AND Weir got sent off.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/a/aberdeen/7909247.stm Foster feud over says Calderwood Aberdeen manager Jimmy Calderwood has insisted that his row with Dons defender Richard Foster is at an end. Foster, 23, turned out for the reserves on Tuesday having been omitted from the squad for the 2-2 draw with Dundee United after a training ground bust-up. When asked if the player would be in the squad for Saturday's visit of Kilmarnock Calderwood told BBC Scotland: "We'll see how it goes." And had Foster learned his lesson? Calderwood said: "Time will tell." However, the Dons boss praised the player's performance in the reserve fixture with Falkirk at Brechin City's Glebe Park. "Richard's attitude was great," Calderwood said. Local boy Foster graduated through the youth ranks at Pittodrie and has cemented his place in the first-team at left-back during Calderwood's reign. The former Scotland under-21 international made his Dons debut in 2003 under former boss Steve Paterson. In July 2007 he signed an extension to his contract which keeps him at the club until the summer of 2010.
