  1. Bloody hell Kevin
  2. I'm liking the look of Knoester. He's been pretty tidy on the ball so far
  3. His best position so far has been wide left but he doesn't look to have much off a sniff of getting in there now unless Keskinen is purely deployed on the right from now on.
  4. Last 5 league games they are 4 wins out of 5 including home to Raith last weekend. They probably ain't too fussed about the challenge cup though they did field mostly their best first 11 last night. Well, best I could tell anyway. Their tails will still be up from beating Raith though and it's hard not to have a real fear about what happens if we concede first BTW I would genuinely love to know what the stats are for every time you say stuff like "Still to decide if I am going to bother with this one." that you actually don't bother going to.... I just read it as "I'm going but I haven't admitted it to myself yet" these days
  5. I did, aye. It was quite late in the game when it was clearly gone that I started getting that feeling but I've never had it before from Mackenzie in similar situation.
  6. I'm very glad this it at home and they had to play livi in the challenge cup last night given our current form. I think after JT's post match comments Knoester will come in. I would keep Jensen in place as I actually thought Mackenzie looked disinterested when he came on last week. The rest of the defence picks itself and I think it will be Shinnie and Nilsen in dm positions. No idea what will happen with the frontline (Nisbet is ex Raith though so maybe worth a couple of quid as anytime scorer) but we really need to win this, preferably looking quite solid and by a few goals. Out Home Watching through hands 2-0 dons
  7. Some decent background on Daggabh here, sounds like he impressed in Portugal https://abzfootballpodcast.podbean.com/e/ep2155-oday-dabbagh/
  8. That's a dead handy website for getting past pay walls btw
  9. We all have our crosses to bear Rico
  10. https://archive.md/oUCUA
  11. English clubs are paying far more attention to Scottish youth after leaving the EU. There's no work permit worries and given how much money they have its a low risk punt that doesn't really matter if it doesn't come off.
  12. I know, it's why I gave a laugh react. I just thought folks might want to see the rules anyway.
  13. Forgot about Milne
  14. I was thinking along these lines when Panda posted our current line up yesterday. For euro squads (and somehow I'm still optimistic we will make Europe) you need 4 homegrown players trained at club from 18-21 and 8 league grown players trained in the league 18-21. You get 25 spots and are penalised 1 spot for each homegrown place you can't fill. Players under 21 that have been at your club for two seasons do not need to be registered. Right now the only trained at club from 18-21 player we have is Mackenzie and he's most likely off in the summer.
  15. 2bf I think ambrose would do alright in the championship. He's not slow and won't get pushed around. I would be interested to see how he responds to regular game time. I don't believe the regulations have changed since. https://spfl.co.uk/news/loan-regulations-amended-for-202021
  16. I think we can still loan to lower league clubs until the end of February.
  17. If memory serves he was out for 4 weeks? Hopefully not too long
  18. Well, Thelin can't say he hasn't been backed by the board. We seem to have largely signed in the right places at least.
  19. We would only get 300k of that with rest going to benfica but that's more than I thought we would get for him.
  20. Makes me mad as a hatter to see us lose kids like this to clubs that will probably never play them. Still, you can't blame the lad. He's probably grinning like a Cheshire cat at what his bank balance is going to show in the morning. I hope for his sake he doesn't end up wistfully staring through the looking glass at what might have been though.
  21. Wonder if that means Ruby is away
  22. Lyall Cameron agreed a pre contract with the tribute act. Fucking wee hun scrote
  23. Well if he scores against Celtic the Green Brigade are going to have an existential crisis....
  24. We just look so fucking clumsy with the ball in all areas of the pitch.
  25. No its not, serie a is not the rich league it once was. Add another 0 to the 50 and that would be a more accurate comparison.
