  1. Pleased with a home tie, St Mirren is no easy game though...... not that there was one in the draw to be fair
  2. mcginn and smith as well
  3. always looked technically pretty decent but falls over more than lee miller ever did and that really is saying something
  4. if you say so, what does the other guy think?
  5. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schizophrenia ?
  6. of course not I just can't see them kissing and making up unless Fletcher was given assurances that he would be 1st pick up front
  7. Fletchers recall aside that's a pretty strong squad it has to be said.
  8. I don't think Fletcher would have agreed to be included if that was in any way a possibility
  9. Its about as close to trash TV as i get but in recent times i have been watching a show called supernatural. Its absolute nonsense but highly entertaining and doesn't take itself too seriously which i respect a lot.
  10. I don't think desperate is an inappropriate description, Levein is on a sticky wicket and he knows it. Fletcher has been banging them in the english top flight for diddy teams (comparatively speaking) for the past two seasons and now is doing even better for team that is not tipped for relegation, his reputation is only being enhanced and he has nothing to prove to anyone. As such its highly unlikely that this recall was initiated by Fletcher, If he want's to keep his job he needs points on the board and getting Fletcher back in the squad will have involved Levein eating a big ol slice of humble pie which implies desperation on his part.
  11. reynolds every time, Considine and Anderson as a pairing are greater than the sum of their parts imo
  12. Backs up what i have been thinking all season, Ando and Considine are the best cb pairing in the league. We have the same conceded goals as the tims but with the handicap of Jamie langfield
  13. the drop in attendances was unsustainable for a club with the wage bill the size of blackburn. Talking of giving the job to shearer which i have no issue with if it keeps him and his appalling punditry off the beeb
  14. His own team mates need to step a bit as well, why are are the likes of ozzy, jack anderson, considine rae not putting in some yellow card worthy challenges of their own on those that would try and kick the likes of fraser and hayes off the park?
  15. true dat though last time i went we won through a mulgrew goal. most visits in the past five years have been a bit shit it must be said though.
  16. last time we played there in the league Seriously how the fuck do you forget this?
  17. the utd score is really funny
  18. Disagree on this, i thought hughes had a really good game today. Overall we were very impressive for large spells of the game with a few moments where we fell apart defensively but thankfully were not punished for. Ref had a bit of a mare and we could have had 2 pens. Still unconvinced that maggenis is a footballer but he did really well when he came on and it was a decent assist for rae. Really hard to pick a mom but i would go ozzy or jack who both were absolutely superb all game. A new goalkeeper is an absolute must for me, Langfield just is not up to the task and the defence clearly have lost faith in him
  19. Fucking Langfield again. Unbelievable
  20. Unfuckingbelievable
  21. Only seen the highlights i'm afraid, we won ugly but we won and that's what matters most. Re Mcginn he looks to be a player very low on confidence, he's yet to find his feet in the team but it was a good ball in from him for vernon to score from. I would also add that he is quick and looks to have a good touch, the assist last night will be good for him so he should be a bit more confident against hibs on saturday. I'm still hoping he is going to come good in other words. As for ozzy everytime he has been at rb that i have seen he has been superb, he's hard to get past and is hugely dangerous going forward. Sorry GS but i much prefer Jack in midfield. Saturday is a massive game for us imo, biggest of the season so far. After a drought we have scored 4 in our last 2 games, we need to carry that on. A win with by a few goals and things will be looking significantly more rosy. Really hoping Vernon goes on a run after scoring last night
  22. huns are the worst thing I've ever seen in a stadium. Dreadful.
  23. How long left?
  24. I fucking hate Motherwell
