  1. Was going to say cheeky basterd I’m not that old I remember buying it relatively recently in Bruce Millers. Then looked up and they’ve been closed 15 years There is a new Old Jamaica under the Bournville range but not a patch on original.
  2. Callum Morris! That was actually painful. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Callum_Morris
  3. Yeah TBH I was really pissed today after that first half, but we are going in the right direction. We really are such a streaky team under JT. So far… Form: Last 10 matches GP W D L GF GA GD Pts Opponents PPG 1 Aberdeen 10 7 2 1 18 8 +10 23 1.06 2 Rangers 10 6 4 0 19 8 +11 22 0.99 3 Hearts 10 5 4 1 18 7 +11 19 1.26 4 Motherwell 10 5 4 1 14 5 +9 19 1.15 5 Celtic 10 6 1 3 17 10 +7 19 1.35 6 Hibernian 10 5 1 4 17 9 +8 16 1.32 7 Falkirk 10 4 3 3 11 13 -2 15 1.34 8 Dundee Utd 10 1 6 3 10 15 -5 9 1.31 9 St. Mirren 10 2 2 6 10 18 -8 8 1.30 10 Dundee FC 10 2 1 7 9 22 -13 7 1.57 11 Livingston 10 0 4 6 9 20 -11 4 1.40 12 Kilmarnock 10 0 2 8 6 24 -18 2 1.69
  4. No we actually saw him, I’m sure his transfer was all perfectly normal… This was a guy we signed but never saw. I asked AI who said McInnes made numerous signings but notably Willo Flood and Nicky Maynard. Helpful. Tried again and it said Greig Leigh and Jon Gallagher never played for us. AI really is a stinking pile of shite.
  5. Got me thinking about defenders we signed who never even made it on to the pitch, Dadia, Williams etc but what was the name of guy we signed under McInnes we never ever saw?
  6. I too used to love a Texan or a Nutty but my teeth would never manage them now Also loved - Cabana Golden Cup Rum n Raisin Montego (although a biscuit not a sweetie) Sultana Bar Milk Tray bar (with the Lime Barrell ) Old Jamaica Blitz (mint version) But I’d swap a box of each for a packet of Brannigans crisps
  7. Dibble would be closest
  8. I’ve never even seen deep fried mars bars on a menu let alone tasted one Its an irritating stereotype edit - not aimed at you BigAl, I mean the media
  9. The Cure - Just Like Heaven
  10. Dark chocolate Bounty - only disappeared a couple of years ago Far are you based again? Edit : sorry DD didn’t see you online
  11. stunning, should have far more kudos
  12. I heard it was his time to show us his wash-bag contents. He’d a tin of lynx africa and been shunned ever since.
  13. See the day Shinnie retires? I might as well. When he is on it like that nobody like him. Everything else same old same old, sick rehashing it but well done the young loon Kenan Bilalovic.
  14. Right-wing cretins at Castlegate - avoid if you don’t want your blood to boil…
  15. Kylie Minogue - Can’t Get Blue Monday Out Of My Head (love a mash up me)
  16. CMAT - I Wanna Be A Cowboy Baby
  17. with Ryan Duncan at LB and both Declan Gallagher and GMS coming off the bench I always liked Doc and initially thought he may end up a future prospect for us one day but what the hell is going on there? would have been most folks tip to come straight back up.
  18. First ā€˜single’ I bought with my own money. Woolies union street. I probably bought a pick n mix inna
  19. Found it odd past couple months that Armstrong was often the only midfielder that played the whole game. There were several games in a row where he played the full 90+. Club see the data so he must be fitter than most. TBH wouldn’t say he was struggling more than anyone else. Think most of them are, not only the players that are playing twice a week but those only coming in now and again finding it difficult to get up to speed. Clarkson looks to be struggling with a lack of game time. Nisbet is another player who seems to need to be at the peak of his fitness to get best from him. Coming in and out isn’t easy. If Armstrong does play hopefully not in deeper role where he has to cover so much space in our set up, much prefer him further forward. He’s almost always constructive, looking to get the ball nearer the goal rather than to the side…
  20. Hard to believe the ignorance still shown in 2025…
  21. Lucinda Williams - Car Wheels On A Gravel Road
  22. Andrew Consi Considine - bloody love the guy, second only to Brian Irvine for me in terms of being heartbroken when they left the club. As weetoonred said - he was us. Us on the pitch. When Aberdonians /local loons at the club were rarer than hens teeth and we’d mostly a revolving door of lower league English shite (and managers) he felt like the only connection I had to the club at times. He was my lode star.
  23. Aberdeen’s right-back; made the position his own IMO. Almost forget he’s only played a handful of senior games. He’s slotted in so well he’s almost been taken for granted. He’ll need a break at some point but kudos to the loon. And to Jimmy for given him a run.
  24. Just below Mark Reynolds? Havers. Reynolds was head and shoulders above. First couple of seasons with us he was fantastic. Season we won the cup he should have been capped for Scotland IMO. IIRC he made the PFA team of the year as well as our player of the year. He was never quite the same after his various injuries but for a spell he was bloody outstanding.
  25. Respect to the guys who made the trek. Never imagined the day I wouldn’t be fussed about going to a European game. Hopefully get my stumps stirred (ooh matron) once we see the back of winter.
