  1. The Who - Who Are You
  2. Proper fitba Play like we did last night and we win no problem. A big ask having Armstrong play again Sunday, as he is struggling with two games a week, but I suspect he will. I suspect not much line up changes from last night. In South Stand Home Home 3-1 Lazetic, Lobban & Nisbet
  3. Clatty bastard behind me had his false plate out sand giving it a good lick. Then then guy next to me did the same in the second half.
  4. Just back. We played well enough and you could see the quality, in spells, from the opposition and that was the difference in the end. When Yengi and Milanovic came on, you knew we'd given up by that point. No injuries and now back to real fitba on Sunday.
  5. So it wasn't confidence I had. Just trapped wind.
  6. Building up now min, although the streets are quiet for a game being on.
  7. I'm away to head off to Pittodrie soon and I am very optimistic about tonights game. The last time I felt this confident about a Dons game, was back on the 24th May. We'll see if this is misplaced confidence or not soon enough.
  8. Bobby Brown - On Our Own
  9. When it does, I have your effigy for burning and the rest of them have the pitchforks at the ready... You'd better hope you can run faster than Sandy Jensen.
  10. Poor loon. He should have got a testimonial off that back of that. A shame it never worked out for him. Looked a real prospect when we first signed him, but had no luck with injuries.
  11. Cheers for that. Three lovely finishes, especially from Cosgrove. Oh for a peak Joe Lewis now. He was immense for about 4 seasons. Best keeper in Scotland during that time.
  12. The zombies play the Hungarian team tonight, who are managed by Robbie Keane and assisted by Stephen Glass. I'm sure they will both be hoping to skelp the zombies. Fingers crossed.
  13. Dave C winna be happy when he reads it. I'm sure he reads the AFC forums. Agree with you. If going back to the old way, can we play everything on Tuesday and Wednesday nights and cut back on the Sunday games. A big bugbear of mine.
  14. Names in songs. The best of 2025. Genius.
  15. Laurie Anderson - O Superman
  16. Match day and feels like a big buzz around this one... I don't think I know anyone going who is looking forward to it and know people who are either not now going or gave or trying to give away their tickets. Might be a glorious European nights. Always think we are a better team when no expectation is on us. Still going along, just because I have my ticket and couldn't make the Noah game. Still not fussed about the score and just want no injuries. I reckon we'll have a strong line up for it and my hope of us playing a weakened line up won't happen. I read in the P&J that their manager, used to manage Shinnie at Derby and thinks very highly of him as both a player and a person. Nothing we didn't know, but nice to hear it anyway. COYR
  17. Vyner played in the 2019-20 season. The year we had Greig Leigh too. He was a decent player, lacking a bit of experience and sure he got injured and returned to Bristol, about half way through the season. If I remember correctly, he scored a cracker of a goal for us. I think McCrorie has been linked to EPL clubs, so unlikely he would be back anytime soon. More likely he'd end up back with the zombie outfit.
  18. I still find it hard to believe, that despite spending a fortune on employing the folk sitting at the top table, at the AGM, that the prick Stewart Milne, still hangs around our club like a bad smell.
  19. Rose Royce - Wishing On a Star.
  20. I was thinking the site at the old Shell building on Wellington Road, could be a decent site for it. No idea if it is big enough I think Shell offerred it to the Council for development
  21. Agreed. £1.5million is really big money for us. If we keeps on improving and becomes an integral part of the team between now and the cup win in May, then it might be worth parting with that sort of cash.
  22. At least Cormack isn't politicising the debate, that's a relief. Using economists who advise the SNP and Westminster Governments will help. I mean, you'd trust the people advising them about as much as a Jimmy Saville creche service. Nobody is arguing that the stadium needs to stay in the city, fuck me the clue is in our name. It boils down to cost and who pays for what. We should be calling out Cormack for even suggesting moving OUR club outside the city boundaries. The club have had decades to build a new stadium, but lets politicise the debate now, after 15+ years of austerity politics, leaving the country without a pot to piss in. The elephant in the room for me, will always be having all that oil and gas a few miles off the coast of Aberdeen and hardly a thing to show for it. Not a fucking thing.
  23. Excellent live. Their singer Gary Daly, is very funny and a good frontman. A group that never quite hit the heights they possibly deserved, but they have been building up a good live following, these past few years. I love their first two albums and Diary of a Hollow Horse.
  24. Aye, those were the days.
  25. One for the kids. Gilbert O'Sullivan - Alone Again (Naturally)
