I'm of the opinion that not all the issues we have on the pitch is down to the players. The markets we are looking in is always going to throw up more misses than hits, but we need a manager to utilise what he is given to work with better and be more flexible with his tactics.

We will get near their box. We will just shit the bed when we do, and then say it will all be fine as Lutz will sort it out in the January window. Thank fuck I rarely do away games.

Every game you know what is coming. We dick about so much, you know the opposition are going to punish us. Lots of nice little passing movements, but always that extra touch that's not needed or a poor final pass into the danger areas, or more likely an opposition player. Thought Shinnie was MOTM for us not got the legs for the 90 minutes at the LWB role, but the heart of the guy, never ever stops. A lot of players could learn from him. Knoester was a close second. The guy is class. Reading a few pops at Nisbet and Lazetic. Nobody we bring in as a striker is going to work with the shit they are given to work with. Thought Armstrong was shit all game, especially his final ball, just woeful. Some of his corners were embarrassing. He is far better than that. Topi as well, just a waste of a shirt tonight. United weren't great, but we have a knack of making average teams look like world beaters. A draw was a fair result overall, but the sort of match we should be looking to take three points from, or at least make teams fight hard for anything, instead of just gifting them it.

I've just checked mine and the number one, on the day I was born, was Young Love by Donny Osmond. I am duty bound now to seek out and listen to the other singles in the chart from that week. Have to admit to not knowing that many, but likely a few I will know to hear.

Well two appear to have made the breakthrough, so maybe Jimmy does actually know what he is doing. We're seeing first team players being managed out the door and the youngsters making a claim. Long may it continue. I do think Frame coming in from the Lowland Leagues to the first team, is going to take a bit longer.

I could see Dave keeping a manager who doesn't want to be here, due to his enormous ego not wanting to have gotten another appointment wrong.

Have a feeling we might have to pay off Nilsen.

A picture of his kid in a Celtic top has been posted on Social Media and some dandies are fairly getting up in arms over it. Wait until they find out that the vast majority of players over the years, were brought up not supporting us.

Tickets on sale for the Raith cup game next month. Season ticket holders have until Jan 6th, to reserve their seat. £20 adult. £15 under 21, £10 under 18 and £5 for under 12s. Hopefully get a decent crowd.

Looking forward to this one. Love a game against the Jutes. Will Jimmy be bold and start Bilalovic and Kjarten? Gyamfi in for Lobban, will likely be the only change. Need both a win and a big performance in this one, after the let downs of Prague and Parkhead.

Heard that too, both last season. One due to an issue between players, and the other during our winless run. It must also be difficult for him being here, while his Wife and kids are in Sweden. That type of thing rarely works out well. I like they guy a lot and want him to succeed, but I doubt it will. We haven't progressed much on the field in his time with us, I'd actually say we've regressed as a team under him. The cup win bought him a hell of a lot of credit, and rightly so and is keeping him in a job. I have little optimism about the penguin kidnapper being the person that makes it all click under Thelin. Hopefully it does though, as we all want a successful team on the park.

Was in seeing ABBA Mania at the Music Hall. A very good night was had. Brought back a lot of happy memories of my very young self, playing my Sister's ABBA singles on the Stereogram when I was little. Scratched a few of them too. I have a very broad musical taste, Electronic music is by far my favourite, but have always had a big weakness for ABBA.

That is mental to read. Had never heard of the guy before, but after reading what you have written, my estimation of him dipped a good bit. I still can't get the Gorbalesque quote out of my head. An absolute belter. Caisdykes Drive was actually the first place my folks stayed, before moving onto Torry, due to them having had a third kid.
-
An email on Friday from the club, asking if we weren't at the game we could sell our season tickets, through them. First time that has happened this season, so must assume it is near a sell out.
-
You being serious here? I just thought the Gorbals comparison was such shyte. They would have been new flats when he was born. Heating and indoor toilets for starters. Aberdeen has some rough places, I stay in one of them and nothing like what the Gorbals was. Nothing at all. Telling folk he came from Ferryhill, instead of Kincorth was also poor form.

It's difficult to muster up much enthusiasm playing them at Parkhead and didn't waste my time following it today. Doesn't sound like I missed much.

Today's the day for a point, hopefully three. Better than any present under the tree. I've just got a fancy. That we'll see off Nancy. And leave us Dandies full of glee
