  1. I'm at the game. We're playing really well, can't believe it's 0-0. So many chances - worried we'll be hit on the break in the second half.

    Andy Murray

Just brilliant, fantastic performance. I predicted a Murray win in 4 sets but he was way too good for Raonic today. Britain's greatest ever sportsman.
  3. Caroline Aherne Loved Mrs Merton & the Royale Family.
  4. I'm curious to hear what those who voted for Brexit think they're getting. Boris has been caught with his pants down here and is already softening his stance on many things that were promised during the campaign. While many will have some very valid reasons for voting out, I've no doubt others are going to look like ignorant mugs when they don't get what the want with regards to the likes of immigration and NHS funding.
  5. I agree. I don't rate Corbyn as a leader but hoping he nails Bliar when Chilcott is finally released.
  6. And re-join the EU apparently.
  7. England has spoken.
  8. I predict sense will prevail and it'll be a vote to remain.
  9. That would have been an outstanding goal! I feel the tournament is struggling a little bit now. Number of dull games the number of decent games IMHO.
  10. It's fucking nuts. If this is linked in any way to the stirring up of emotions by certain members of the Brexit camp then this is really troubling. We live in a fucked up society. Farage's poster yesterday was shocking.
  11. Good performance from Iceland last night. Ronaldo shows himself to be a classless prick as usual. I did laugh at this though: https://www.eveningexpress.co.uk/fp/aberdeen-fc/former-dons-defender-kari-arnason-labels-portugals-ronaldo-sore-loser/
  12. Beginning to wonder if anyone was in charge of security for this tournament. A country on a high state of terror alert and folk can walk into a stadium with fire crackers and flares? Very disturbing IMHO.
  13. Wow. One guy.
  14. The number of loonys in the Brexit camp far outweighs those in the Remain camp. I have postal voted for Remain, but it looks like it'll be a close call.

Really can't stand Djokovic, but mainly because he's Murray's nemesis. Yesterday was so disappointing after a cracking first set.
  16. Top Gear was certainly an improvement last night. I didn't mind it at all.
  17. Starting to look like Trump might actually be in with a shout based on recent polls. You'd have to be a total fucking lunatic to vote for him.
  18. Coleman obviously looking to altar the squad.
  19. Muhammad Ali next?
  20. I don't like Chris Evans but I thought it was okay. They are on a hiding to nothing though. I would also like to see the grin wiped off Clarkson's face as I hold him wholly responsible.

    Brexit Vote

The level of debate seems right up there with the Scottish Independence referendum and is quite frankly an embarrasment given the decision we are being asked to make. It looks close to call - polls saying Brexit is a slight favourite, while bookies are saying the opposite. How will you vote?

Murray is fair dragging the arse out of the French Open so far
  23. A reasonably interesting night north of the border. I'll never vote Tory but clearly some are seeing them as the only alternative to the SNP at the moment. Total shambles for Labour. And with SNP losing their overall majority perhaps that's a wake up call for them. The focus should be on their record in government and not a second independence referendum of which too much is made (by all parties).
  24. Very sad. What was the cause of death? I'm sure I saw him on Union Street only a few days ago. Didn't he get mugged or something a few years ago? I seem to recall this.
  25. Bit too cutting edge for you.
