Willie's expectations are cup wins, and 3rd/4th in the league. Calderwood couldn't deliver the cup wins so he's gone.

Quite a few Motherwell fans don't seem to be disappointed if he leaves.

I don't understand why he hasn't been fired. The club and fans moaned like fuck because UEFA said he didn't have the necessary qualifications to manage. Maybe if they'd got somebody with the necessary qualifications they'd still be an EPL side...

What/who is/are the JIG? I've never met anyone who claims to be a JIGger and always assumed it was a fabrication. I personally don't think McGhee is the man for the job at all. One good season then it all seems to get a bit shaky. He also has a history of being disloyal to clubs.
