Technically, they wouldn't be signing him. Just an agreement to sign him in the summer once their ban finishes? No suire if I'm right with that but nothing would surprise me with the SFA. Pointless drivel, Miller's agent is looking to get him away from Carlisle and this is a "high profile" "move" which has had the desired effect of getting his client's name in the meeja Or am I being cynical?
