I just got RedTV for the first time. Maybe it's just me or my browser, but in the flash player, I can't adjust the volume or skip the timeline forwards/backwards. In fact, I can't see any controls whatsoever.

 

I paid £39.99 for the year, mainly for the highlights that I can't view on BBC because I'm overseas, but it seems a bit of a piss take that they're asking for an extra £20 2 days later to view content that had been previously provided as part of the package I paid for.

 

It's not a huge deal, but you'd think they'd sort it out before taking subscriptions for this season.

I think Red TV will be staying the same you just can not watch live games like you could last year a few times. Red TV International sounds like you get to watch whatever live spl game is on that week and get highlights off all games. Not paying an extra 20 pounds to see 4 or 5 games a season that are Aberdeen. Will just watch them on one of the free stream websites LOL. Now if you could watch every Aberdeen game that would be different.

The pub in question is a bit of a toilet but will be good enough for watching football.

So how do we actually upgrade or is it 40 + 60?

I would think when you upgrade you just pay the difference, I remember when I upgraded from just audio to getting the full red tv package they credited the original charge and  charged the upgraded price.

Will it be possible to pause red TV international for the cup final and play it again a few hours later? I'm working half an hour before the game so I'm planning on watching little bits during the day when I have time.

I'm not sure, I've not tried it myself but they usually have full game replays available pretty shortly after the final whistle. They also seem to have an option to hide the result but again, I've never tried it to see what is actually available.

Full game is normally available straight after. And when you log in there is a warning message asking if you want to hide content with score in it. Good service and the above feature is spot on. COYRs

Wasn't around for the game so can't comment. Have only had a couple of issues, but when switched to the backup player it's been fine
