Ante-post prices for the SPL and the English leagues have been released. Celtic are odds on to win the SPL, Man Utd are favourites for the EPL at 5/4.  QPR are favourites for the Championship at 6/1 and Leeds are ridiculously short priced for League One at 3/1.

 

Do any of you ever put anything on League Champions or Relegated teams at the start of the season?

Best price for the Dons (that I've seen) was 8/11, but not sure to back them as our record in the opening game of the season is dire under Calderwood.

 

5/1 for the Bairns v the Scum looks very generous and worth a couple of nuggets as well as no goalscorer in that game, which will be around 8/1 I'd imagine.

MiniJC is claiming that Ladbrokes allowed him to put a bet on last night's Stockport Country game.  The game finished 1-1 and Mini managed to put them down for a win this afternoon.

 

Juve, Stockport, Porto, Bayern Munich, QPR to win and Lyon to draw. £7 on £486.98 back.
