Sat or Sun? Whatever time is more inconvenient for our fans, I'd wager

It will be whichever time is less convenient for the travelling support.

Well the time slots are usually 17:15 on Saturday and 14:00 Sunday, so take your pick which one is less convenient. Doubt ScotRail will do us a favour on either day.

If it was a weekend after Conference League games then Hearts v Hibs would have had to be on the Sunday as the diets would have played on the Thursday night prior to it, however it is not a European week so Hibs v Hearts will be on the Saturday and we will be on the Sunday.

No fucking way we are getting a Saturday evening kick off time v them after having had hours of fans getting pished pre match.

Just my thoughts.

Oh and we'll be getting the end with the shite pubs

Not sure of that. The alternative is having to deal with rakes of skooshed Hearts and Hibs fans on a Saturday evening instead and it will defo be an equal split of the ground for them. That's a lot of fans heading for public transport back to Edinburgh at once, some of whom are raging and the others looking to douse the enraged in salt. It's literally a choice between the two hardest games to police in Scotland outwith a new Glasgow derby but I wouldn't be surprised that within this context our game would be easier to manage.

Said many times before, when the semi-final is drawn whoever comes out first/third are the designated home teams and get to choose which end their supporters will be allocated.
