January 2026 Transfer Window

It really never is too early and given it is 2nd September where I am, I'm kicking this one off right now.

Take the chance to start moaning about what we are still missing post Summer 2025 window shutting.

Wonder who the first concrete rumour will involve 🤔

And just like that Vinnie confirmed as away back to Holland on loan until end of the season or alternatively the end of his contract as it is.

Thank you for your service Vinnie.

Sadly it never quite worked out for you.

Being reported in Holland that Besuijen off on loan to FC Emmen for the rest of season.

Confirmed by club now

I don't know why he never gets a chance here .

He is a lot better than some of the players still  hanging around at Pittodrie

Don’t disagree that he is better than some who are remaining but I think he was just that bit short of being good enough to be first team player for our league.

Not made the best of any of loans moves either as none of clubs took up options to buy. Probably best for both parties that he moves on.

P&J reporting we’re back in for Lyall Cameron

Silly loon should’ve opted for The Famous first time round.

Being reported as a loan deal. If there is no option to buy then should be a hard no. As I have said before fuck developing players for either of the  bigots.

Absolutely.

Permanent deal fine.

Loan with option to buy (our call) fine.

Straight loan - fuck that.

We’re not a feeder / development club for anyone up here - especially those cunts.

Have some fuckin self respect AFC will ya ffs…

Yes, not in favour of a loan only deal with no buy option.

We should never be loaning off der hun regardless of whether there's an option to buy.

What do you mean? Andrius Velička was an amazing bit of business…

Shame, there was a player in there, and I actually would have liked to see him given another crack at it in the second half of this season.

However, with Leven suggesting we could sign as many as four players this window, maybe a new striker is incoming?

In fairness, we actually got McCrorie under a loan deal, so that was an excellent bit of business.

This deal, however, does not have an option to buy. FUCK. THAT.

Seriously AFC, doing their level best to put everyone off the club at the moment.

Offers something our current strikers don't (some goals). I don't blame him for not wanting to come back, but I hope we have someone else coming in (surely we do with him and Yengi out the door)?

Kelle Roos is back…

In the SPFL with Killie.

Killie going all out with Livi, for that relegation spot.

Remember when we helped develop Ryan Christie for the smellies, then he scored the winner against us in a cup final?

That was good fun

I don't think either of them can stop us from taking that 12th position.

It's infuriating!  No danger the club don't know this is going to get them a lot of stick and for what?   Another attacking midfielder that the jury is out on what their best position is?  It really is a ridiculous act of self harm for a player we don't fucking need.

In fairness we nearly got Christie, a permanent deal was in the works and then Tom Rogic got a bad one and they decided to keep him.

We were a baw hair away from getting Scales as well.

However despite all of that I still am not in favour of loan deals with them

He also won me a decent bet when Paddy Power inexplicably had him as FGS at 70/1 against Viking Stavanger.

The loan would be completely unacceptable to any right thinking Dandy. I'm fairly certain that Cormack will know that. I'd wait for confirmation before throwing my season ticket into the sea.

But, aye, we don't need him. There isn't the room to play him and Clarkson. Probably isn't room for him and Armstrong.

He has the potential to be very good if he can do the yards on the pitch.

Exactly, its fucking embarrassing the way we’re carrying on just now. Clubs completely lost the plot.

Somebody needs to have a quiet word with the penguin pilferer about the do’s & dont’s of AFC culture.

For avoidance of doubt Lutz - this is one big fucking don’t…
