  • Well since you work for the BBC can you ask them for Saturday lunchtime for us please since that is what suits me best 😊

  • Yeah so apparently I need to get my eyes checked

  • It would not surprise me if St Mirren have deliberately left their pitch in a mess to suit their style of play.

First tie was played tonight with Bo’ness Athletic of East of Scotland First Division beating Beith of the West Scotland Premier league 3-1.

Culter won other tie 4-0 over Invergordon. Actually a bit closer than I was expecting.

First of the two second preliminary round ties were tonight. Bo’ness Athletic from the East of Scotland 2nd division beat West of Scotland Premier side Kilwinning Rangers 2-0 and East of Scotland Premier side Tynecastle beat Glasgow Uni of West of Scotland 3rd division side 4-0.

Was at Meggetland for the Tynecastle game and it is a great stadium to watch football at and better than some league grounds.

C'mon the Dalkeith 👍

Live on BBC Scotland just now

That is SO against the run of play

,Broxburn ahead.

Was never a 4-0 game. Dalkeith played well and you would not have thought they were 3 divisions below Broxburn for the majority of the game. In the other tie played last night Tynecastle lost 3-2 to Hill of Beath.

Threave looking like producing cup shock. West of Scotland 3rd division side are 2-1 up on league 2 side Stranraer with 20 minutes ago.

2-2 now.

Stranraer snatch it with last kick to win 3-2.

Pretty tough on Threave I thought

They certainly put a lot into the game, but the two Stranraer subs up front certainly made a difference.

All today’s results. Few shocks with Inverurie going out to midland league Dundee North End, East Fife losing to Highland League Banks O’Dee and Spartans losing to lowland league Cowdenbeath being the biggest.

3rd draw. Ties to be played weekend of 30th. As we don’t play until Sunday will head to one of these on the Saturday. Probably Livingston v Brora or Musselburgh v Bo’ness

Peterhead vs Montrose could be interesting.

Todays results.

Was at Livingston v Brora with a couple of mates from up there. Livingston dominated first half and cruised to 2-0 lead. Brora came more into game in second half but never really threatened Livingston goal.

Elsewhere great wins for Broxburn, Elgin and Fraserburgh.

Huns vs Fraserburgh. They won't have far to travel, given the sheer volume of huns in Peterhead

I'd fancy Clydebank and Brechin City to provide upsets ... and would LOVE Killie to catch Celtic napping

Are there alot of Broch supporters in Glasgow?
