Second season is better I reckon, well worth continuing with.

Dirthy Filthy Hun Scumbag Vermin (deceased) and Poundland tribute act

Yep. He still provides the communications for der hun, just not as a member of staff. Level 5 PR I think they're called. -
To be fair, I don't actually have epilepsy, I was just pretending to have a debilitating illness to get my own way.

Awesome, saved me having a fit probably. Cheers min.

Fuck that was a bad game last night. Reminded me of a McGhoo era dons performance coincidentally. A shite line up from the start, McArthur should have been in instead of Bannan and Chris Martin should have been on a different continent just to be sure he couldn't have featured at any point. Whilst we didn't need to go two up front, we could certainly have allowed Snodgrass or Burke to remain much further forward. In the first half we played far too deeply for the home team against a pish outift. Then he took on Forrest. What a cunt. The guy hasn't had one good game for Scotland in his whole international career. Whilst I thought Burke looked a little jaded and wasn't offering a huge amount he should have been kept on, and Griffiths for Martin should have always been the choice. It was a poor performance overall, but when you play third rate players like Martin - he's like an even shiter Kevin Kyle - you can't expect to walk these games. International fitba should be easy, pick the guys who are performing for their teams and make sure you get the best players available to you in the squad (McCormack, Rhodes). Strachan picks "guys who haven't let him down before" and various other shite. Then comes the interview, where Strachan really lets himself down. He pre-empts the criticism stating that we had a great second half and that Chris Martin had an excellent game, leaving the interviewer to stunned/stupid to question those points. He didn't do it to "protect the players" as was the suggestion, he did it to protect himself, and his own poor choices in team and selection and inability to change things when needed. Protecting Chris Martin would be to not play him in the first place. Barely-disguised trickery to praise him when others are questioning does him no favours - the player will know he was poor (the fact that anyone with any footballing knowledge could see he isn't international class - it was obvious within a minute of his first Scotland appearance - isn't really the player's fault). McInnes has his faults, but if the dons had played like that, he'd have been straight out saying it was unacceptable and not the performance he wants as manager. Strachan borrowed the McGhee manual of deflection. The worst part about it is that we got a late goal, which is enough to ensure that Strachan keeps his job, and the rot continues until the inevitable sacking when it's too late. We should have learned our Levein-lesson and let him go at the end of the last campaign.

I think you should ban animated profile pics, they're annoying us fuck when you're scrolling doon the topics. A static version of yours wid be fine Gervaise!

I've nae read it, but I have read "The Plot Against America" about an alternative American history (which fits nicely into the Fatherland discussion above) where Lindbergh became President instead of Roosevelt. Very Jew-based, but great book.

I've always wanted to read Catch-22. I'm worried that if I read it, I might not enjoy it, but because I haven't read it I feel like I'm missing out.

Galapagos was pretty decent, if a little hard going. Good writer clearly.

I'm heading down. Get oot the wife's hair as she's got her mates coming roon. I always intend not to go to the Scotland games but end up going. Interested to see how they line up and perform. Should really be an easy win, but I imagine a last minute winner.

Watched Who Took Johnny? doc on Netflix the nicht. Worth a watch like. Pretty horrendous in places, and points to a US version of the Cyril Smith conspiracy type. Also watched Amanda Knox documentary th'ither night. Twas quite good. I wid.

Yes, you are. Although it does get expressed as Simmie (Like), Durrant (dislike). You just click on the preferred options and it adds to the poster's ratings. Not quite the same as the Like function that gives the post a full on spunk like on Mad.

You probably can, just nae under yer own due to the fact that you can't like or dislike yourself unless in masturbating form

In a brilliant piece of parody, he was actually punched by a chap called Mike Hookem. After he asked Mr Hookem to step outside for a scrap..... fuck sake.

Judas cunt left the dons.

No, because the Ghost played nearly every game under Calderwood. HE's more like Alan Tate or some other pish that we normally only sign on loan. Or maybe he's ace, I've nae idea.

Steven Woolfe in hospital after getting chinned by his UKIP mate in Strasbourg. I know we're supposed to hate people from UKIP, but no Member of the European Parliament should go to a meeting of fellow racists and not come home. I propose an applause in the first minute - because it took only one punch - for Mr Woolfe.

I never thought he was that good. Well, he was decent. However, I'm certain he reached his peak at St Johnstone. Worked very hard to get there mind, but I just didn't see any avenues for him to go down to become a better player. Think he'll be back up in Scotland afore long, where he'll be more suited to the game. Didn't have the pace and/or strength for the brutal English lower leagues. Good finisher though, and could do a lot worse. Good luck to the loon.

Fit aboot Patrick Harvie?

Cool, sure it'll be good. At the risk of sounding too critical about a good local event (series of events), the website is too terrible to actually find anything on, so I gave up looking for yer event. I'm pretty anal about website layouts and stuff, but I think it's justified in this instance. Large blocks of info on each event resulting in mass scrolling and next paging is no conducive to easy reading. It should just be in simple list format, or timetable format so that you can quickly scroll through and click on the event or comedian's name for more info (colour coded for genre). Maybe even additional single map format to show the venues with list of events alongside each. Not being able to search by comedian is an annoyance too. Anyway, I'll just avoid the website and check out a few of the venues inatween the dates. Cheers for posting the info in the first place!

Aye, it was the other one, and the unfair advantage to the Glasgow team nonsense. It's not that, it's just an inappropriate kick off time, with too few travel options at an atrocious stadium. We should be calling out Hampden for what it is on a regular basis. It's a fucking awful ground in a fucking awful location that should never have been built.

Yep, disgraceful decision, Easter road was the only place for this game. It'll work nicely in weegie favour in the final (assuming we get there) when they can use the poor semi attendance to give us a non 50-50 allocation. The club statement was half airsed, and whilst I don't agree with all of the MSP's comments, it's good to see him getting involved. That "the SPFL declined to comment" is disgusting. They're not answerable to anyone outside the glasgow 2 it seems.

Might try and head along to some of these. Where are you playing (feel free not to answer if it gives away your identity)? Been to a couple of breakneck events before at the lamp. Usually a mixed bag, which is good.

Think we need to shake things up a little in this one. I'd take Burns in for McGinn and Storie in for MacLean. Maddison's a youngster who probably doesn't need to be playing every week, so I'd rest him and give Pawlett another go on a surface that suits his pace. Like to see an early appearance for Storey too if possible, as I think this surface is more suited to quick players than the more direct option of Stockley. A lot of players to keep happy and important to give guys like Storie an opportunity as regularly as possible so that he can fill in when the inevitable injuries occur.
