Aye, I imagine these pre-printed things will be treated with the contempt they deserve by ACC.Seems folk have been hanging around westhill handing out tick box forms to anyone that'll take them and putting them in as objections
They're still talking about 90% of Westhill residents against, and yet, being in the same postcode, I know quite a number of wife-swappers, some are huns, some nae interested in fitba, some are even wifies, and yet not one is agaisnt the stadium.
I guess I only know people in the 10%, it's a remarkable coincidence.

Nah it had gone by the time I saw this news about 5am. Was still 14s on Betfair, but best price was 12 everywhere else.14s with Paddy Power (well they were yesterday, might've changed overnight.
Still a great price, huns in disarray before this, Morton going strong, been no shocks this season, this could be it....we can all hope

There's far more pressing needs in the game, than this retrograde step.
If it were to come, then absolutely full tv replays would have to be in place first to be bale to counter the inevitable as discussed by others above.
It's a nah min from the Garlogie jury

Seems the chaos continues, news still reporting Warburton saying he hasnt resigned.
12/1 Morton tomorrow btw

too interestingThere's no danger they are not going to want to at least speak to dm. We face interesting times.
If deek says anything but "no I'm. Happy here don't want to talk to them" it'll be disastrous. Both with the fans and with the players.

Boys boys boys, you're forgetting James Corden has been all over her.

You're currently on 88 durrants, but if this doesn't get you to 1 simmie, there's no justice. Well said sir.Why is Bercow attracting criticism for his words yesterday?
1. Racism
2. Sexism
3. Independence of the judiciary
It's the speakers prerogative (well, one of three) to invite an address or not so there isn't any possible protocol breach there and what he said was absolutely true. If we can't stand up for "our values", however compromised they have been by Blair and Cameron, we're not a country at all. The speaker did the PM's thinking for her, that's what they don't like but that's hardly his fault, giving the correct view on a subject that he has jurisdiction on and speaking the truth where the cowering old witch wimp hasn't got any balls.

What an utter stinker. But a win's a win.
Not many pass marks there, McLean probably MotM. Christie was excellent when he came on, threw himself about everywhere.
Considine, Rooney and Taylor were abysmal.
Lewis had absolutely nothing to do.

For some bizarre reason, the only cunts who like rugby in the NE either went to Gordon's or are farmers.
You won't get the kids in Mastrick or Kincorth interested.
..or Garlogie. Rugby is pish, we didnt have it at school, sadly now my former academy does do rugby following an influx of white settlers who were outraged at the football only ethos of my old school. The wanks.

:laughing:Eh? Scotland aren't playing? You mean egg-chasing? Do you have a beard? Are you a closet poof? Did you go to one of those fee-paying "public" schools? Were you shite at fitba? Do you think it's funny to all stick yer dick into the pint of the guy who went for a piss? Do you get a hard-on in a scrum, your hands grappling with man-flesh, your face almost up the hairy arse in front of you, the smell of sweat and beastliness?
I don't like rugby by the way.

Surely his job is to represent his constituents and this is just political prudence? It's a rock and a hard place for him really, isn't it? The residents don't want anything build, no compromises, so there's nothing for him to discuss with AFC. It'll go through regardless of his opinion, so why ingratiate himself to the club rather than the people who vote for him? It's not laziness, just that there is nothing for him to discuss. If the club get permission, then it would make sense for him to have a meeting to discuss parking and so forth. He's probably a dick like, but that's neither here nor there.
Or you could just not read the Daily Record, that would help.
Never read the DR, it was posted to the Yes Kingsford page.
His constituency is Aberdeenshire West, it's massive, Westhill is a tiny part of it, where a minority of residents are against this.
I'd imagine that the overwhelming majority either don't care, or as polls of Dons fans have shown, are in favour.
But regardless, his objections were of the calibre of the NKS mob - "tens of thousands of football fans each week", "traffic chaos", "roads not designed to cope", all this from his hideaway miles away at the other end of his constituency, and without doing the slightest bit of due diligence with the club. That is his job.
-
Brilliant, in the DR today, Mike Rumbles refused to meet with AFC. Objects to the new development without doing his job first.
What a fucking lazy bastard MSP
-
Is this the match.com page?
-
Traffic. Parking.
-
Lib-Dem twat MSP Rumbles has come out against the plans, and is urging refusal.

Garlogie min. I've never had a problem with you before. As you know.
Nor will I ever have a problem with you in the future, if we both want the best for AFC.
Which I know you want as much as I do.
It's ok if we have different experiences and opinions.
I just HATE the false rhetoric that surrounds Milne.
False shite that nothing human beings buy into.
-
There's actually no evidence of that in the accounts, despite what we've all heard. If players were being paid directly from Milne, then we'd have a bit of a player registration issue on our hands too. Any money Milne has loaned to the club has been converted to Preferential shares as far as I'm aware, which would become liquid on the sale of the ground. Have you any evidence to back up your assertion?
Land acquisition is a long game, so it wouldn't be unusual for someone with plenty of cash to look for a gain 20+ year gain. However, I think Milne enjoys being AFC chairman and is quite passionate about the club (on the pitch, anyway) and so I don't believe he has the "flats on the grun" motivation. I just think he's blinkered and his skin in the game is making him this way. He's just not the type who could look at the stadium options objectively with his own cash (even though it's just debt, not cash) on the line.
I can accept that alternative line of thought.

It's well known he's paid personally for various things over the years. But, even if he hadn't, the amount of time he's ploughed into being AFC Chairman would have been more productively spent on his business rather than some long term lifetime plan to get his hands on some shite land. It makes no sense to anyone thinking it through for 30 seconds. What money has he "ploughed" in?
How much did he pay for his 28%?
Shut the fuck up when you know fuck all.
And no need to be so rude.
-
So we're not moving to a new stadium purely for the financial gain of a few? And Stewarty isn't one of those few? And I'm the "dribbling drooler"?
So, let me get this right, Wiggy has taken all the grief at Pittodrie for near 25 years, ploughed his own money in at times to pay wages or whatnot, all so that eventually he can get his hands on a bit of not at all prime land in Linksfield?
You really think that's the plan? Utter nonsense min.
-
-
But if we do that Stewarty doesn't get his luxury flats near the city centre built.
You'd written a long post there, which I was reading through to see what you had to say, then I reached this, and realised you are just a dribbling drooler.

So what loveliness are you all up to with your significant other today/night?
Sadly Mrs Granite is out of the country at the moment, so she's going to have to wait a few days to get a hold of my loveliness!
