  1. I’d agree, but other than them and the Arabs, their fans are insufferable and I can’t be happy for them. I’d be happy enough for Hibs to do it. Obviously it should be us. If hearts can keep the seat warm until we’re ready to take it, that’s fine.
  2. Someone needs to break this mcwinless wankathon. Totally over it.
  3. Was thinking the same when I read that. Maybe we’ll check in on tlg after the weekend
  4. Was wondering how this thread was going to turn out all makes sense why Glass and Robson were failures now, shit hair.
  5. As Rico said in the other thread, a few players might be a bit leggy after the Shaktar game, but I really hope that that and the Motherwell game were the makings of the season starting to turn around. There was enough fight shown today to show that we could be a team. I'd like, if at all possible, to start with the same team, for consistencies sake, as it doesn't feel like we do that very often. If changes are needed later in the game, fine, but hopefully Devlin would be ok to retain his position at the very least. I'd try and give Lazetic a run as the no.9 and see if he can build on his recent performances. hopefully the goals will start to come. We really do need to a) score and b) get a positive result. I don't want to draw, but avoiding a loss and hopefully a moral boosting performance would do this team the world of good. Out Bed Bed Hopefully still bed, 12 hours time difference at the mo so don't wanna be waking up that early on a work day! 2-1 Dons, Shinnie and Lazetic
  6. Think it's symptomatic of where society is these days. It's one of extremes...Regardless it was pathetic and embarrassing. Don't want it to tarnish what was a vastly improved performance level. This gives me the glimmer of hope that he can turn things around (please make it so).
  7. Agreed, the booing of Nilsen was very hunesque and reminded me of the dark days of JC's tenure. Recall Foster and Byrne maybe getting that treatment? I mind it definitely happening at a Falkirk game and a mate of mine up from London couldn't believe we booed our own onto the pitch
  8. Can definitely be happy with that level of performance. Now fucking make it happen domestically please. Devlin and Milne were immense. Only downside, and I know it's hard to make that much of an impact when you're that low on confidence, but Yengi really was a blunt instrument when he came on. Felt like that took the wind out of our sails.
  9. YASSSS NICKY DEVLIN. Lazetic unlucky with his effort
  10. And Brazilian. Second aside, their goals were both peaches. Some pings.
  11. Tims losing 2-0 to braga
  12. Can’t really guess how we’re lining up here .keskinen LWB?
  13. Hope you’re right Al, at this moment in time I just want us to score a goal, feels like an age ago
  14. Shite for tobers (and us). He’s clearly a good player but it’s just not working. I wouldn’t be surprised if we reach a mutual in the summer.
  15. Fucking hell, I hope I wake to a victory. Seems so long ago. Lead from the front, or in this case, back, Mitov. Make it happen!
  16. Helps keep me warm during this cold, kiwi winter.
  17. Early evening kick off for this one. Not sure what else to say, other than, please fucking score a goal. We need some sort of pressure valve released. It’s only going one direction at the moment and if the Arab game is any reflection, the toxicity is starting to ramp up. not sure what he changes as whatever combo at the moment doesn’t work. I still think he needs to radically change the system and play the wingers on their correct sides. out bed undecided Sunday stuff 2-0, no dons scorer
  18. But crucially, it is his.
  19. This isn't correct. It's our team. He is a very good player.
  20. I'd forgotten he'd been "with us" for this long. Anyway, much like two of our other departees, he's doing well away from us: Finnish cup winner setting up the only goal:
  21. @Panda
  22. Bit of a kicker in all honesty. Don’t think any fan wanted him to go. I’m pleased for him.
  23. Hard to really differentiate my opinion from others as I think I’m generally on the same page, though I’ve probably not been as invested this season as I would have due to life being a bit bonkers with deadlines. Much like the team, I didn’t feel ready for the season. I think the thing that annoys me about Thelin is, is that it appears that he’s not learning the Scottish game. we’re making the same errors week in week out, almost hoping it changes, maybe the opposition will eventually drop the ball and think we can’t continue like this, I only know he’s clearly an intelligent man and I like him and want him to be a success with us, but he needs to make concessions “to the system”. Can’t remember if it was here or elsewhere, but I think the Amorim comparison is a good one. Steadfast despite everything showing the counter. Orlando. Think you hit it on the head, it’s the style of play that really needs to change, we appear to be turgid and have absolutely no identity. Try play wingers on their correct side, swap by all means to keep the full backs on their toes, then it’s almost a plan b. All the positivity and paper covering is being squandered. Sort it out, Jimmy.
  24. I’d be happy with this, and think he should be trying devlin at RB again anyway, but somehow I still expect him to be stubborn and not yield systems. on a side note, I’m getting a black background to my emojis but still seeing them clearly. It’s a conspiracy!
