  1. Good to see our midfield chip in the a reasonable amount but christ we need to get the best out of our forwards. That the first time Rooney hasn't made 20?
  2. Happy to have been proved wrong on this. Credit where credit is due. Undefeated post split is not something many can boast about. Nice to see us not limp across the line, although, where was that level of effort before? All if's and but's I know. This summer is huge.
  3. What a result to wake up to. Need to watch the highlights, no idea how we pulled that one off but credit to all. Certainly a great way to end a very turbulent season. Hopefully that monkeys now off mcinnes’ back. Also, chuffed for Consie to get a goal. Servant to the club and a fan most importantly. Been exposed this season but his heart and desire is there for all to see.
  4. Don’t see why the hibs game should be any influence on his tactics. I listened to his interview on redtv and was surprised he said. By all means, have an ear out, but we have it in our own hands (technically). We need to win. That’s that. COYR. End the season on a high!

    Lean on Pete. Enjoyable film
  6. Knew there were issues but had put that down to mick McCarthy. Wasn’t aware of any of the other stuff. Sounds like Bristol city all over ( when dm was down there, not now)
  7. Will happily see you win it Tom
  8. And why not, I do admire your optimism
  9. That’s what I was alluding to under catastrophe. Guess we’ll see. Just limits the immediate potential managerial gene pool in Scotland.
  10. Many planning on attending this? Can’t see Celtic laying down despite having a cup final to prepare for. Had there been a realistic chance of the Huns failing to get euro football, maybe, but not now. Don’t think McInnes is clever enough, nor does the team have the bottle, to actually get any sort of result there. Hope I’m wrong, but can see this being a standard 3-0 win for the dhimmies. Which is frustrating as this is not a good Celtic team. I’m tired of hearing the resources excuse, it doesn’t wash with me, otherwise others wouldn’t be able to get anything from them. Time for the team to actually give it a go. We’re going to lose, so at least go down with a fight for a change. Out Home Probably bed but will see if I bother to stay up Bed 3-0 Celtic, no dons scorer
  11. I see Jack Ross is being linked with Ipswich, if that’s the case, then that’s another manager who , barring a catastrophe on his part, will be out of our reach.
  12. Always used to enjoy watching a bit of Andre Rieu on Sky Arts, when I had it. His performances in Limburg always look like they're great fun. Very cloggy.

The Breaker upperer's, not sure it'll come out in the UK, but a new Kiwi film. Very kiwi and very funny. If you've watched a few kiwi films of late, you'll recognise some of the cast.

    Celeb Deaths

Scott Hutchison Lead singer of Frightened Rabbit, committed suicide earlier this week. Very sad news
  15. What a time to be alive, Al
  16. They must be fucked now? Should make for an interesting play off anyway https://twitter.com/russabercrombie/status/995030321618972674 Good one SS
  17. Shinnie was definitely one of those who carried the whole team throughout the season. Christ I hope we manage to sign someone of equal creative quality as McLean.
  18. I don't think there is has been much if anything to get excited about in all honesty. They've failed to deliver every single occasion. Even if we achieve second, which should be an achievement in itself, it feels like, as is usual with a McInnes team post split, we're limping across the line and somehow fluked it. I'd argue that we're only there due to the ineptitude of others around us. The game against the hunnery was a prime example of this and hence the poor crowds for the last two home games. I'll applaud the team from behind my laptop, well actually I won't because the game is at a stupid time, but you get my point. I'm genuinely pleased the season is basically over. I hope and pray for a better summer from McInnes this year.
  19. This. Missed the boat in Jan.
  20. There's hope for them yet, but agree, it's highly unlikely.
  21. This is what I really didn’t understand. It doesnt work, we all know it, but is McInnes that pig headed to ignore this fact? It’s a rhetorical question, I already know the answer. Christie has been a waste of a jersey since jan. if not before. Won’t be missed either.
  22. Agree with that, good riddance to AOC. Not his fault he was signed in the first place I suppose
  23. BigAl, have you started the second book by Walter Lucius yet? Downloaded it last night but need to reread the last few chapters of the first to remember what happened! Al, no need to read the last few chapters of the old one, new one starts with two chapters of catch up, albeit from a slightly different angle.
  24. In terms of effort, i would question where the fuck that's been all season against them and septic. tonight was acceptable albeit poor execution. I think Cosgrove needed someone playing off him. holds the ball up incredibly well but yes, doesn't look like scoring. I've no big issues with that providing others are scoring from his play.
  25. I'd rather Hibs lose tomorrow and win against hunnery. Them ending up with no European football would be a good GIRFUY to King and those hordes of pricks.
