  1. Serves them right for betraying the queen and plucking for a king instead
  2. Aha.its changed the suffix, that’s why I couldn’t get it to work last week!
  3. Incidentally, when is Mitov back ?
  4. Gutted, this was the most intensity we've had over a jan deadline day in yonks.
  5. Steady, seems a bit ambitious (on both fronts).
  6. Personally, I think we could separate this thread into more threads just to keep Rico happy.
  7. Has that still not improved? Christ, I always sobered up on that bloody walk.
  8. As someone pointed out to me on Twitter, even miovski had paltry numbers before he moved to MTK. But my biggest issue is , is that we need a striker that will be guaranteed to score goals, not another project. We’ve already got those in Ambrose, bavidge, duk and Sokler. Not sure we should be touching anyone with a meagre end product as that. Sometimes we’re gonna have to break from our model.
  9. Those stats are horrendous, especially at a club of red stars stature and dominance in that league. Wtf is going on at AB24?!?
  10. Was gonna ask, OD, you ok mate?
  11. It would be fitting if we could do to them what they did to us when we were down there. Really was a sliding doors moment. I saw that we were 25 points clear of them at the point of the last fixture and they have chance to go within 2 of us. Truly depressing stuff! Anyway, I'm not overly optimistic for this one, as nothing seems to be working out for us, but as Panda says, it'll be interesting to see what Thelin does about Rubi, if he does return, just hope the boo boys lay off him. Of course that does require a good positive performance from him. Out Bed Bed Journey back home 2-0 hibs, no dons scorer
  12. Dunno what's worse, discussing some hun called Lancelot or the lack of transfer activity (in) I was excited thinking there may be some genuine gossip!
  13. Always said I was surprised we went for him in the first place, but wanted it to work out and I never thought we got the best of him. Injuries have always been his issue and that certainly played a part, but still, probably not the player we needed. wish him well.
  14. I don't care if it's at our own expense, I always want them to lose.
  15. Think this is what annoys me more than anything else. Hadn’t been performing for a good few months so was keen to get something for him. Now we just have to pay for his rehab and goes for free. doesn’t sit right with me.
  16. Gutted for him, added something when he came on but was slightly worried he got injured against Elgin, could tell he was frustrated by something. Speedy recovery!
  17. I'd forgotten about his record, wasn't half bad tbh. I remember at the time (think this was still in the original Aberdeen FC chat days?) loads of people raving about him and being gutted that we didn't retain him.
  18. Caught the highlights of the reds vs. Jafas what an ending. You'd have fancied Adelaide to hold out but not sure where they got the extra 2.5/ 3 mins from?
  19. Thank you Butland, keep it up
  20. Saints haven’t won a game in the league since Boxing Day, which was against rangers in fairness, but they did also beat queens in the cup at the weekend, which was also away from home. their form whilst a bit patchy at the moment, is still better than ours, but if we have any ambitions to stay in the top six, let alone try to challenge for 3rd (sigh), then we need to start pulling some results in. out bed bed leaving bbq 2-1 dons, duk and Clarkson
  21. You reckon he’s got the shooting prowess to do it? Seems very wasteful when he does shoot.
  22. Not into sharing Twitter these days, but this is a tribute befitting of the man.
  23. I’d probably say this was peak youth for me, well, late teens and early 20s, but had many a good time with the globe reds following him and the team around. Some incredible high and some horrendous lows, but we definitely weren’t the laughing stock anymore and I’ll be forever grateful. The pair of Munich games will forever (vaguely) stick in my memory. Sure, it didn’t end the way any of us wanted but it was one helluva ride. Thank you jimmy and very much, RIP.
  24. Agreed, it's not coincidence that he's looking leggy with the amount of running and extra work he has to do.
