As someone pointed out to me on Twitter, even miovski had paltry numbers before he moved to MTK. But my biggest issue is , is that we need a striker that will be guaranteed to score goals, not another project. We’ve already got those in Ambrose, bavidge, duk and Sokler. Not sure we should be touching anyone with a meagre end product as that. Sometimes we’re gonna have to break from our model.

It would be fitting if we could do to them what they did to us when we were down there. Really was a sliding doors moment. Always said I was surprised we went for him in the first place, but wanted it to work out and I never thought we got the best of him. Injuries have always been his issue and that certainly played a part, but still, probably not the player we needed. wish him well.

Not into sharing Twitter these days, but this is a tribute befitting of the man.

I’d probably say this was peak youth for me, well, late teens and early 20s, but had many a good time with the globe reds following him and the team around. Some incredible high and some horrendous lows, but we definitely weren’t the laughing stock anymore and I’ll be forever grateful. The pair of Munich games will forever (vaguely) stick in my memory. Sure, it didn’t end the way any of us wanted but it was one helluva ride. Thank you jimmy and very much, RIP.
