Speaking of white, haven't we just had 2 seasons running with the same away kit? (I haven't spent too long reading through this thread so forgive me if this has been mentioned) I'd be surprised if we change the home kit again for the third season in a row, and leave the away kit the same for three seasons? Anyway, not too keen on the above designs but it's not me that wears them, footy tops are for kids and footballers. And cup finals. I'll buy the full fecking set if we reach a cup final.

Spot on. Why do the old firm think it's ok to rape other clubs of their best players for a couple of hundred grand, sit them on the bench for a couple of seasons, then when someone else wants to give that player a chance his value has suddenly gone through the roof? Haven't Celtic done enough to ruin Riordens career? They've hindered the progress of one of Scotlands most promising young players. I feel for Riorden, he knew his only chance of a Scotland call up was by signing for one of the OF, but like so many before him he's ended up nothing more than a squad player. Scottish football is fucked because of the greed of Celtic and Rangers, and because the whole League system and the International set up is geared towards what's best for them and their 'fans'. We go through this fucking pantomime with so many players. Are the dons such a feckin unatractive club that everyone has to treat us as a last resort? I've got a lot of time for Nicholson, tidy player and a good bloke, but the club has to be strong here and get this sorted out once and for all. Give him 1 more week for a definitive answer, then we need to start planning for life without Barry. This has been going on for about seven months. Hope to feck he stays, but I still think he'll probably go and the latest rumour was simply designed to re-alert clubs to the fact that he's available.

By the way I'm not questioning Robsons inclusion, just why it took a move to Glasgow for him to be perceived as a good player.

And how come it took a move to Celtic before the Scotland management and media started wanking over Barry Robson? Same player he was at Utd, but now he's at the smellies he's some sort of world beater and a shoe in for a starting spot. Rangers + Celtic + Scottish media = Scottish fitba is fucked.

Probably avoided a lot of potential fan trouble by not going. Their fans are notorious a bit like the Galatasaray fans, with their "Welcome to Hull" banners.

Nicholson will be a huge loss in my opinion, if the club are going to impress me this summer it will be by digging deep and bringing in someone as good as Barry Nicholson. Such players are hard to come by. Especially in Magaluf.

The Clark reference was just to highlight the dwindling quality level in our squad. I wasn't too bothered when Clark was moved on (especially given the fee involved), but I was bothered by the fact he wasn't replaced by anyone of equal or better ability. Sneckie, I possibly slated him on here occasionally but on the whole I thought he brought a lot of energy to the team, if I'd been Jimmy with the squad he had Clark would have been in my starting 11. In the last year we've lost Anderson, Hart, Clark, and now Nicholson and Lovell. That's half of a very good team. Names like Duff and Foran show the level of ambition the club have.
