I have to agree. Lost had the potential to be the greatest TV show ever and indeed it was on track after, as you say, the first 2 or 3 seasons to be just that. But due to its success and the writer's strike the TV network demanded more episodes which inevitable became shite filler. I wasn't hugely impressed by the ending but then again I don't think there's any chance they could have done it well given all the hype. I certainly don't know how I would have ended it any differently. Never before and since has a TV show finale been hyped up so much.

It looks like Vern was offside for his first but his second looked fine to me. Also as has been mentioned he should have won us a penalty. A lot of strange decisions this weekend. We could and should have won that game far more comfortably. I'm hugely encouraged by how Fraser is doing. If he keeps this up he could easily be our best youngster since Jess.
